Love the flavor of these protein chips! They really do have the flavor of both cheddar cheese & sour cream. There are just enough chips in each bag to satisfy at lunch with a sandwich. It's good to know that there are "fun" ways to get added protein, in addition to the ways we hear about all the time at the doctor's office. Have tried some of the other flavors of Quest brand chips as well, & like others that are also, like these, not on the "hot" side (some are, so watch for that if you're sensitive -- or look for them if you like that kind of chip -- these are Not hot!), This flavor tends to be priced a bit lower than some of the others on a fairly regular basis. This flavor, then, tends to be the one I purchase most. I always have them on hand & typically have them at lunch to add to my protein gram count for the day. Like other kinds of seasoned chips, you may want to wash off the seasoning from your fingers when you're done eating them (they're not as bad that way as some), but other than that, they're great! Recommended.

I’m not a big fan of all the salt but I’m a huge snacker and this one bag for 160 calories filled me up enough that I didn’t reach for more snacks. So if your looking to watch your weight this is a good snack for you! It’s packed with protein! I just wish they would make a low salt option

I’m obsessed with these Quest Protein Chips - Cheddar and Sour Cream! The texture is spot on, perfectly crunchy, almost like Lays Baked, but without being dry, chalky, or chewy like so many other protein snacks. The flavor is fantastic too, cheesy, savory, and super satisfying. I’ve tried a lot of low-carb, high-protein snacks (chips, crackers, bars, muffins, cookies - you name it), and honestly, most other brands are disappointing at best. Quest is one of the few that consistently delivers both on taste and texture. And let’s talk about the macros - impeccable. Only 4 net carbs, 19g of protein, and just 140 calories? You really can’t beat that. If you’re watching carbs or trying to hit your protein goals, these are an absolute must. Highly recommend!

Great healthy and delicious snack. Always looking for something different but get sick of the same flavors and ordinary snacks. These were tasty and enjoyable while being full of protein and low in carbs and fat. I will absolutely be buying these again!

These are yummy! Great compromise to try to flip a craving into something that at least gives you extra protein. Definitely a good thing they don’t come in larger bags because I would totally have trouble stopping at one serving. Buying here also gives a small per bag savings versus in a brick & mortar store. The best price I’ve seen for sure.
