First wanted to say....have been purchasing L&L cookies for some years, usually was only single ones here in there...gas station, Walmart, target xyz...was happy when I started purchasing in bulk because at 3+ dollars a cookie is rediculous....my husband and I both eat these...as others stated, it's a cookie...it's high calories..it's NOT a single serving....so that in mind we work out and yes we eat the whole cookie most of the time..it's filling, we drink tons of water with it...my husband also will use as a meal replacement when working. We both enjoy it's plant based protein and does have a GD amount of protein to it...I do prefer 20g of protein but this is a decent compromise for me. It also as others have noted will cause gas..it's protein....it does that 🤷♀️ SO all that being said and with 2 more boxes on the way as I'm typing this I have not since ordering these from Amazon the past year had a bad batch at all fortunately....I order regularly. As with some flavors...some are tastier than others...pallet preference...some are a little drier but I havnt had any mold, under or over baked batches...nothing....I'm hoping they were on it from all the reviews reporting these issues and went thru their inventory and trashed the ones outta date xyz...I will update if I do happen to get a bad case. I do feel the packaging is sub par on some deliveries but I'm careful to mark shipping in Amazon packaging as to avoid the potential garbage shipping method some ppl think is ok...these are heavy cases and need to be shipped in cardbord boxes..NOT plastic bags...smh

I was a bit skeptical of Lenny & Larry's The Complete Cookie, but after reading so many positive reviews, I decided to give it a try. I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised by how tasty these cookies are. The Double Chocolate flavor is rich and satisfying, without being too sweet. I’ve tried several of the Lenny and Larry products. They're always great relative to the competitors. The White Chocolaty Macadamia flavor seems to be the closest to a regular cookie. If you’re looking for a great meal replacement/curb your hunger solution, and you like White Chocolate & Macadamia, this is a good choice. However, this does have more immediate consequences as opposed to a regular cookie if you eat more than one; excess sugar alcohols can cause a lot of gas.

I tried these cookies because I was looking for more protein in my diet. I've been eating them now because I'm losing about 2 pounds a week from them. I ate a whole cookie but got bloated and gassy. But when I at 1/2 cookie, I noticed that I felt full enough that I could turn down more sweets, even chocolate, which has been my weakness. Now after my brunch in the AM, I eat 1/2 cookie and I can say "no thanks" to sweets offered me. I still have some dessert after dinner but that's about 8 hours later. I've been telling everyone that I'm losing weight because of these cookies..... Love 'em!
