Okay, firstly, the chair was pretty easy to assemble on my own, I didn't need a second set of hands, and the tool provided seemed to work just fine. Some of the screw holes were a little crooked, so it was a little tough getting some pieces together, but I was able to do it without too many problems. Now, the chair has not lasted long at all. After regular use of the chair (8 hours/day, 5 days/week) the chair is already failing. I am not hard on this chair, overweight, or doing anything besides sitting in it to do my office job. The base has gotten incredibly wobbly, and the screws are constantly coming loose, so I have to tighten them multiple times a week. Also the cushion wore out quickly, and I can feel the screws on the underside of the chair coming through. Again, I do not abuse this chair, I sit normally and type at my computer. I was really hoping this chair would last me more than a few months, but here I am. If you are looking for an affordable, sturdy office chair, keep looking, this one isn't it. ... show more

I have been using this chair for working at home for just over a week now. I really wanted to like it, but I am finding this chair more and more uncomfortable. The chair feels like it is leaning forward and there is no adjustment to fix this. I have been slowly adding notecards to the gap on the chair until I can find a sweet spot so I don't feel like the chair is trying to kick me out of it. This is definitely not ideal since every time I accidently lean backwards the carsd fall out. The lumbar portion of the back of the chair is way too low. It is set right were by butt tries to scoot to the back, which is below the top of my hips. I would not recommend this chair. ... show more

Love this chair!!! It's not that hard to assemble, maybe need a second person for the last step (putting the back of the chair on). Looks exactly as pictured. Shipped quickly. Comfortable and everything works well so far. I was using a broken ottoman for a long time while working from home so, this is a greaaaaat upgrade :). *edit: had it for nearly a month now. Minimal squeeks, but still extremely comfortable. I am 5'5, about 150 lbs, if that makes a difference, and i find myself to be pretty comfy sitting for hours while working remotely. It's nice to lean back and go on my phone for a bit. Originally, while putting it together, thought the chair was odd as I felt like I was being pushed forward, but i had the seat on backwards HA. absolutely dont feel like that is the case for me! ... show more

I am very satisfied with the quality. When installing, do not screw the handle too hard. You should install the backrest and fix the screw on the handle. ... show more

Bit of a pain to put it all together but the I suspect that the tedious news of this task is what keeps shipping and other costs down. Didnt need to use the direction more than 2x. Its fairly intuitive and I am not a fix-it person. Comfort level is good and the color choices are nice. I can rest my upper neck on the top part without having to look up at the ceiling. People shorter than 5'9 may be able to rest their entire head against the back of the chair. Happy to have a chair where the arms flip up with a tight space by my desk. ... show more

We have an online business so I am in front of the computer 6-10 hours a day. My last chair was falling apart, and I wanted something with a bit more support and arms that fold up since my shipping station is L shaped to my desk and I am up and down from my chair constantly throughout the day. It has been a month and this chair is exactly what I was looking for! As others have noted, the front of the seat does angle down a little, so if you are one of those people who sits literally on the "edge of your seat", you may find yourself sliding off. I know because after my wife saw how much I loved mine, and she sat in it for herself, we ordered her one in all black. Apparently she sits on the edge without realizing it because she has had that issue. I sit all the way back, so not problem here. Mine is the blue/black chair and it looks and feels great! We'll see how well it holds up over constant use, but so far a month in and it is a great chair! Highly recommend! ... show more
