This made my mattress more comfortable, however there is a peak in the center from top to bottom from where it was folded in the package. I have been sleeping in the center of the bed for the last month, hoping to flatten out the crease. Also, this product should have the same type of straps at the top of the mattress. The bottom straps hold great. The top straps, not so much. One does not hold at all. Definitely a design flaw.

I sleep on memory foam so do my boys now with this Flexpedic 2-inch twin size mattress topper. This is so good going to buy 2 more for our RV so we are in comfort everywhere. This is medium-firm & motion-isolation memory foam with fluid gel & bamboo charcoal-infused, washable cover. The non-slip bottom for the bed is great for our kids’ twin beds in the house and for the RV. Including a fluid cooling gel & 3d mesh structure making this comfy and cool at the same time. Living in Arizona is a must believe me. With the double-layer pressure-relieving camouflage and bamboo charcoal memory foam that conforms to your curves my active young boys playing soccer and other sport no problem with their aches and pains. And adults that sleep in the RV are like wow that is one nice small bed. With a super 100-day free return, 10-year warranty this twin-2'' size: 39 x 75 x 2'' is simply a great value for the money.

In effect this is an unreturnable product. Once you unwrap this it will no longer fit into the box it came in. Not by a long shot. This added some firmness to a sagging mattress but I was hoping for more.

Everything okay but what is the huge crease/bump running down the middle of the length of the topper? Will it disappear?

Watch out it starts dipping in the middle just like all the other mattress toppers. I have only had mine for a month. A couple days over the return policy. Both sides are the same. No difference. One is not extra firm and the other firm.

After a sport injury, I used to often wake up with back pain. I have an expensive, but older mattress, which started sagging in my "usual" sleeping spot. I tried a whole bunch of things, this mattress topper did the trick: After many months of waking up in pain, I now wake up happy and without backpain. Yay! Just for that, I want to give a 6-star review. Also, sleeping on the "hard" side, I really like the feel of the tiny knobs. It's winter, so it's currently not hot where I'm sleeping, but I can already tell it will be a cool surface in hot summer nights. Awesome! There was one detail though: When the mattress was shipped initially, the slider of the zip arrived broken. The package was probably thrown around and this part broke. Please see attached pictures Minus one point still makes a five-star review.
