    • Nice sturdy desk
PURCHASE AND SHIPPING: Bought this during 2023 Black Friday and shipping took forever (took a while to ship out and also FedEx shipped it across the country by mistake). The item was shipped in two separate packages. I received the first half very quickly; however, it took almost another two weeks to receive the other half. I was afraid that the item would be damaged since it was being shipped across the country and back. However, it was packaged well and there were no noticeable damages. I won't knock off any stars for that but be aware if you purchase during peak shopping season. INSTALLATION: Anyway, it took us two hours to fully assemble the table. Instructions were okay and we had to go on YouTube for some of the steps just to be sure we were doing it correctly. We didn't end up using the under the table cable management. I believe you needed some extra tools to install that. They do provide most of the tools you will need to install. USAGE: I've been using it for a month and so far it has been great. The table is nice, sturdy and spacious. The movement up and down also feels very smooth. I also love that when it hits something (while going up), it stops so it doesn't cause damage. The drawer is a very nice touch so you can put any notebooks or miscellaneous items away. The preset height buttons are also easy to set and use but they do feel very sensitive and can activate upon slight touch. The wireless charging has proven to be very helpful! I use it everyday while I am working and do not use my charging cable at my desk anymore. As a warning, your phone can very warm (especially if you have a phone case on). I would not leave your phone unattended for a long period of time. Overall, it would recommend this to anyone looking for a nice standing desk! ... show more

    • UPDATE: Great Product & Customer Service
ORIGINAL REVIEW: I ordered the 3 Stage Dual Motor 55" Bamboo Standing Desk, and the desktop arrived damaged. It is still useable, so FlexiSpot offered me a $40 refund. I didn't think that was a sufficient amount, so they quickly sent out a replacement top. After receiving the new top, I contacted them about sending the damaged one back and they indicated that I did not need to send it back and to do with it as I choose. It is a large desktop, while damaged, is still useable so I asked to purchase replacement legs for it. They are unwilling to sell the replacement legs, creating a ridiculous amount of waste that could easily be prevented. UPDATE: FlexiSpot contacted me and offered to sell me the replacement legs at a reasonable price. Their customer service was courteous and worked hard to resolve my concerns. The desk is solid and FlexiSpot went out of their way to ensure my satisfaction. I would 100% recommend. ... show more

    • The Drawer makes me love it even more!
I needed to setup a functional home office and workspace and elected to go with this desk. The key things that standout to me are as follows 1. Dual Motors 2. Built in wireless charging 3. Digital adjustment w/ 4 memory settings 4. USB A and C ports 5. Included cable management rack 6. A built in drawer that's actually robust 7. Real wood bamboo top and not MDF or laminate I genuinely have almost no complaints, the one limit of this design is the need for a stability block to use monitor mounts. There is 1 included but if you want to do more than one monitor arm you will need additional stability blocks. Not a ding on this desk but if you get a magnetic headphone mount make sure you find one that has a small footprint. The metal rail is not very wide so computer case mounts won't work. Some nice things that pics and the writeup don't capture. The drawer is substantial and made of a the same metal as the desk it's really robust and won't break. It also is surprisingly useful and is flush with the frame so no impact to your seating position. Another item of note is the digital control really lets you fine tune the desk to a perfect height down to the 1/10" which is really great for dialing in your memory settings. I haven got to use this much yet but so far it has been really cool. I just set it up yesterday. It’s definitely not as stable as you would hope when extended to standing height, but it’s pretty good. I have three issues: 1. The desk arrived with a dent in the side. It’s only about the size of a quarter, but it is noticeable and for a $600 desk I would hope to have received something perfect. 2. There were no installation instructions. Installation was pretty straightforward but some pictures would have been nice and saved me some time. I’m aware that they are instructions online, but they are not the same specs as this one and it wasn’t totally compatible. 3. Wireless charger gets ridiculously hot. ... show more
