I’m really happy with this standing desk! Assembly was surprisingly easy, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. I was able to put the whole thing together by myself without any issues, which was a big plus. The desk looks really nice in person and has a clean, modern design. It also feels sturdy and well-made. The height adjustment is smooth and quiet, and it’s really convenient to switch between sitting and standing depending on what I’m doing. I mainly use it for studying, and the desk works really well for my setup. There’s plenty of space for my monitor, laptop, and other study materials without feeling too crowded. Just finished assembling my new bamboo top, adjustable height desk and I love it! (See pics. Only thing left to do is stow away the wires). Its clean lines and gorgeous bamboo wood top are simple yet elegant. The push-button motorized lift works great, is quiet and smooth, and I think the height flexibility will likely make the desk more comfortable to use. Just a few things of note… first, shipping - I think they should make it more clear that the metal base and the wood top will likely not arrive on the same day. They do say the desk comes in two packages but they don’t say (at least not as of this writing) that they’ll likely come days apart. It’s also not good that though they posted realtime shipping status online on the first piece, they didn’t post anything at all on the second so I wasn’t sure when the second box would arrive. (Not a problem for me as I’m home a lot but could be a problem for those who need to know when a delivery is going to happen). Second, I think they should make it more clear about the fact that though some of the starter holes in the wood top used for attaching the base are pre-drilled (the ones that are consistent no matter which size desk you order) you will have to drill some of your own holes that are specific to the desk size you’ve chosen. But that’s not a huge issue if you have your own drill. I happen to be a 5’3”, 70-year old gal and didn’t have any problem with assembling my desk in an afternoon by myself because I do have a drill. Third, the other surprise was that my bamboo top was supposed to be completely solid (at least that what the pics showed and there was nothing in the description that said otherwise) but when it arrived it had two, 2.5” electric cord holes drilled in it - near the top, one on the left, one on the right. (Not that distracting so going to live with it for now and see how it goes). The desk is heavy duty, rock solid with not even a hint of a wiggle, even at full height. Perfect Desk for My Son’s Dorm Room!

We bought this desk for my son’s dorm room, and he absolutely loves it! The memory presets make it so convenient — he has it programmed for his preferred sitting and standing heights, and with just one click, the desk adjusts exactly where he wants it. The bamboo desktop and frame feel very sturdy and well made, and the materials and colors look really nice. He even bought a walking pad to use underneath it, so he can walk while studying when he wants to get some movement in. The adjustable height makes that especially convenient. Very good option

This is a very good standing desk option, I would say that its not as good as my Fully desk but its definitely a worthwhile option. There are a ton of standing desk options, I chose this one because of its maximum height and for its bamboo desk surface, I do not want laminate! I like the overall space of the desk and I even like the curved front - something I wasn't sure about. I have had a hard time finding insert grommets for the cord holes in the corners since they are smaller in diameter than Fully's. I have added a power grommet to on side but the other remains empty. I do like the height memory settings however I do find that the motor is less powerful and feels less refined than Fully's (then again this desk is half the price of what I paid for the Fully); its fine, its just not super smooth. Once at full height the desk is reasonably stable, it doesn't wobble and I have complete confidence in it. Bottom line is this, you can pay a lot more for a standing desk and while you might find better I think you will be more than satisfied with this Flexispot. Its easy to assemble and good quality. I finally completed assembly!

There’s a couple spots in the assembly instructions that could have probably been less vague. Other than that, it was fairly simple to assemble. The 55”-long table is perfect for a larger (non-pro) single 3D printer with enclosure and a decent sized filament dryer. It’s “150 lbs” weight is plenty stable to keep my printer from doing the “Jailhouse Rock” and taking the whole table with it. Performance of the mechanics of the table were smooth and silent. The controls were intuitive - very easy to use. When assembling, use a finishing nail or something similar to line up your pre-drilled holes in the table top with the attachment holes in the frame. Check your alignment again with a metric tape measure (5.5cm from the edge of the table. It’s easy to misalign your base/legs if you don’t take a little extra care during assembly. The black legs with the bamboo top is awesome. Bamboo is a fabulous and entirely renewable resource that looks really amazing. And it’s weight adds to the ability to hold the table down under vigorous printing. I’m 6’3” tall and am at the point where I’d prefer not to have to bend over to tinker with my printer. It comes up to a perfect height for me standing straight up. And since I have no reason to lower the table, I’ve got LOTS of extra room UNDER the table for a filing/3D tool cabinet and plenty of filament spool storage. Now I’m just waiting for my “all-metal” hotend (AnkerMake M5) to arrive so I can install it and get back to printing. I left a print going overnight and it started collecting filament on the nozzle. When I awoke, there was a golf ball-sized wad of cooked and cured PLA encasing my hotend block and nozzle. In trying to heat and break off pieces of filament, I yanked out 2 wires that gave me an instant “Heating Error”. I was hoping to buy regular M5 hotends when I found the all-metal version. Excellent Adjustable Height Desk - Perfect size for a small home office!

Nice! Very smooth transition from sitting to standing position. I use one of the extra memory slots for a typing position, otherwise the normal height (sitting) is level with my other tables. You can really feel the solid quality of the one-piece table top. It's also really sturdy and doesn't wobble around at all. Assembling it was fairly easy, my son helped me. I do recommend having two people to assemble it. While it's not heavy, it's at a size where you can't flip it upright without risking your back or potentially scratching the table top. The manufacturer does offer a couple of drawers you could get for it but they are too large, I just want a pencil drawer. The maximum drawer depth you can get is 11 inches deep due to the frame that the table top sits on. I did find a suitable pencil drawer and will update this review once I receive it. ... show more

I"m short. Now my desk can be adjusted to a height that fits me perfectly. Its good quality, looks very nice. The top as one big piece comes as a separate package (potentially different day) and is lacking some predrilled holes in the middle. I am not risking drilling myself, and just ignored it - it holds perfectly anyway, but kinda lame. ... show more

Uneven Frame-to-Desktop Interface Causing Seesaw (Rocking) Effect

Due to the overlapping design of the central cross members, the combined thickness of the beams creates an uneven mounting surface across the frame. In addition, the reverse-mounted screw heads protrude from the frame, which prevents the frame from making full, flush contact with the underside of the tabletop. Because the frame cannot sit flat, it primarily contacts the tabletop near the center cross member, which effectively becomes a pivot point. Under normal loading, this results in a rocking (seesaw) effect, where the front and rear edges of the desktop can move slightly relative to each other.Tightening the screws further may suppress the rocking, but only by bending the frame to compensate for the uneven mounting surface.Although the problem can be mitigated by adding shims or washers at multiple mounting points (on the order of eight to ten locations), this effectively turns the assembly process into a manual alignment task, which should not be necessary for a finished, production-ready product. ... show more
