Purchased a pair of twin XL/Split King adjustable beds, box says Flexispot model number S6TXL-V2. Customer Service was excellent and attentive. I had questions, contacted the seller and received complete answers/resolutions within 15 hours. They also followed up, encouraging me to reach out with any other questions or concerns. They were very helpful and I would buy from these folks again. I am a 62yo female with a disabled spouse who is recovering from a joint replacement. I was able to unpack these boxes on my porch where FedEx delivered them and bring the pieces inside, by myself, one section at a time. There are 3 sturdy painted steel sections to each bed. All electronics and motors are securely attached to the frames, and further secured for shipping with zip-ties. I assembled them alone, using a vice grip to hold the sections together while I screwed in the 4 screw-in connectors on each bed. It worked great! I did not install the legs that came with the beds as I have mine mounted on a solid platform base that my husband made for us years ago. To ensure they wouldn’t slide around on the platform, I used contact cement to attach some rubbery shelf liner pads where the legs would have screwed in. Additionally, I screwed a couple of small lag bolts into my wooden platform base at the head and foot of each of the adjustable bedframes and 2 on each of the outer sides. I didn’t have to screw into the metal frames, just along the outside edges to isolate any sliding motion of the frames on my solid base, since I didn’t use the legs provided. It was super easy to do. If I weren't too lazy to get the chop saw out, I’d have screwed wooden furring strips down beside the frame instead - but simple lags worked to hold the frame in place. I put mattresses on the bed-frames first to make sure the bed-frames were spaced properly before putting the lag screws in. These beds were super easy to assemble. Slide together - screw in 4 plastic capped screws. Attach the color coded wires. I had my husband steady each frame from the foot of the bed as I flipped them right side up myself. This part would have required 2 people if I had used the legs. I even drilled a dime-sized hole near the center of each of my wooden platform bases, disconnected the underbed lighting from the flexispot frame (2 screws for each light) and pushed the lights thru the hole that I drilled, so that we have the under bed lighting feature under our wooden platform bed. The beds work great. WE LOVE THEM! It was a great purchase and I feel, an excellent value. The little pockets they provide at the side of each bed for the remote are only large enough to hold one remote sideways - but I’m going to have a friend make us a couple of new, deeper pocket holders that will hold the bed remotes longways as well as our TV remotes and maybe even our reading glasses - it’ll be a buffet of bedtime accessories. The remote control includes 3 buttons for making your own positional presets (just press and hold until the lights flash to get the remote to memorize a position). There is a zero gravity setting, and a single button push to make the bed return to flat. The massage feature allows you to select feet only or head only or both, and there are 3 time presets for that. Plus you can press OFF to stop it instantly. The massage noise is going to depend on the surface your bed sits on. Mine sits on a solid wood platform base over LVP flooring in a room built over a basement (not on a solid slab) and the massage wasn’t silent, but also wasn’t too bothersome. I expected it to be loud in this environment. But! could have it on and watch TV with no problem. Oh! and the remotes also include a LED flashlight feature from the end of the remote itself, as well as controls for the underbed lighting feature. The remotes also have backlighting for all of the buttons - very handy!! I’d make this purchase from Flexispot again. I really can’t find anything negative about them.

I have had this product for about 6 months and it has been a great buy. I ordered two twin xl’s and joined them using the provided kit to make a king size bed. I have had more expensive models like those used for Tempur-pedic beds, but I have been very impressed with this lift bed. The quality of the packaging that it ships in the easy assembly and fact that the bed is carefully sectioned into 3 pieces (top middle foot each around 20-30lbs) to make it easy to move into a room and assemble. The roller system that makes the operation nearly silent and very smooth, the wireless remote, under bed lighting, and single function return to flat position button. It’s really be a nice setup. Now the part that is not advertised. The mattress keepers (metal brackets that keep the bed centered are awesome). The fact that the bed has leveling legs using a puck system in 2” increments is awesome. In my case my wife and I used two different mattresses for two different firmnesses the mattresses being 2” different in thickness makes the bed completely level even though the mattress are different manufacturers and heights. I did make a single modification to the bed by adding a second mattress keeper near the foot of the bed and securing it to the moving foot section of the bed. The twin xl mattresses being separated makes it possible for the foot section to move a bit. We have a dog so he was getting caught in the crack between the mattress. The extra keeper pushes the mattresses together and prevents this like the included one up top on this bed frame. Modification Two simple bends with a vice to create a Z shape 2” from bottom first bend and then 1” from bottom second bend using this bracket and a small metal screw on each end to secure took me about 20 mins. After researching many brands of adjustable beds, some very expensive, and some not so much. We chose the Flexispot based on reviews and the price. This was a very good investment. The bed frame was packed very well and arrived unmolested. Be prepared for the weight of the packages upon delivery as the boxes are 102 pounds apiece. Assembly was a breeze, only four thumbscrews per side and plugging in a few color coded wires. We literally had the bedframe put together and operable within an hour. It's amazing how good an adjustable bed can improve nightly sleep. I would put the Flexispot up against any of the higher end and much more expensive brands.

I’m not happy with my choice because this company sent one base even though I ordered two bed bases to equal a king size bed! I was inconvenienced for a whole month because I had my former bed removed! I’m disabled and had to sleep on the floor with blankets for thirty days! They played all kinds of games until I solved my own issues with them! Long story short I would never order anything from them again! Lastly, the mattresses don’t match the bases perfectly! It was a big zero! And the mattress company wasn’t any good because they did the same thing go figure! Amazon ended up giving a full refund to AfterPay because I used that account to purchase! I got nothing for my inconvenience, pain, and suffering! I ended up in the hospital! So NO wouldn’t recommend this Bed Base to anyone!!!!!!!!

This is not my first adjustable bed but is the easiest one to put together I have ever had. Materials and workmanship appear to be of good quality. I can have no frame legs and put it directly on my frame or have super short to tall height legs, anywhere in between. Love the retaining bars on the sides and foot. Fast delivery. Clear and simple instructions. Vibration, underbed light, remote light, memory presets, independent head and foot adjustments. The frame legs have a felt pad, that if you scoot the bed on carpet, will fold in or peel off. Other than that, pretty good. I would buy it again.

I’ve had for a couple months now. It’s a bit firmer than i wanted for myself, but too soft for my husband so…? I LOVE the vibration! It’s heavy duty, super sturdy, seems like it will last and last. My favorite part is i no longer get woken up every time my husband moves in his side of the bed. Best decision ever!! Zero gravity is perfect, the night light under the bed is handy! The flashlight on the remote is cool. I put these beds together with my daughter super fast, 1 hour tops! I’m happy, good quality for the money.

Its been a couple of months since we purchased / received our Flexispot adustable bed frame, and we are super happy with it! We decided to move up to a King bed and needed a new adjustable bed frame (the old Queen adjustable would be too small). Rather than spending at least 2x more with local stores, we decided to go with Flexispot through Amazon. We have zero regrets. It arrived on time, the set up was fairly fast and easy (but it is heavy, so have someone to help you). The Flexispot works great, the massage feature (multiple settings) lulls us to sleep. It has more features than the older Queen adjustable frame from a bigger known brand manufacturer which we had no problems with, just wouldn't work as we upgraded to a king bed.
