  • Great Quality Trampoline!! 12ft is big enough!
Style: 12 Foot
This is a great quality trampoline. I did the assembly myself (43 yo female) with only a few extra hands for the final assembly and the net. It took about 4 hours with breaks. Instructions are clear and easy to follow. My kids have been asking for a trampoline forever, I wish we had decided to get one sooner. This one is 12 ft and says its only rated for two people at a time. It can also hold 2 adults. I think the caution is more for having too many kids bumping into each other. Overall perfect size for the space that we needed to put it. ... show more

  • Good Quality but Details Matter
Style: 15 Foot
Although this is a good quality trampoline there are some things to know before buying and customer service was not very helpful. 1. If you're considering the 15ft make sure you have a lot of room. Even after measuring and thinking we were ok it is much bigger and we wish we had smaller. 2. The 15ft sold here is not the latest Hero model on the Jumpflex site it is the Flex150 an older model. The Hero is the latest model that is better to buy direct from Jumpflex as it's easier to put together and the same price so long as you're not considering a basketball hoop add-on. 3. If you want a hoop and want a 15ft then the Flex150 is the only way to go as the Projam hoop DOES NOT fit on a Hero 15ft but it doesn't say this anywhere. Overall, the quality of hoop is quite good and so many of the after-market hoops don't fit so this was the best option for a quality trampoline + hoop. 4. The biggest trouble with installing the Flex150 is the safety net is VERY difficult to get on and the directions do NOT help. If you are adding a hoop on it's best to do this right from the start and to install the safety net on the bball pole as early on as possible. From there do not go around in a circle but instead alternate poles across from one another. This is the only way that worked for us. 5. Make sure you know what you're buying before you buy. Returns are virtually impossible. The shipment comes in multiple very heavy boxes (3 boxes for 15ft) but they will only send you one return label. The boxes also arrive on different days so manage your kids expectations accordingly. ... show more

  • Great trampoline
Style: 15 Foot
So far it’s been great. I love the higher weight limit on it. My husband was able to set this up within 2 hours.

  • Nice size, easy assembly
Style: 14 Foot
We purchased the 14ft JumpFlex a little over a month ago and so far so good! All the parts and materials are higher quality than the trampoline we had previously (that broke on us). Assembly was fairly easy, took my husband and I about 3 hours to put together. Definitely worth it to spend the extra money on this trampoline! ... show more

  • Good Quality
Style: 15 Foot
I bought the 15' model for our grandchildren. It is of good quality and well engineered for fairly easy assembly.

  • Good quality- easy assembly- 1 person 1.5 hours
Style: 15 Foot
First, this trampoline took me 1.5 hours to assembly by myself. It comes in 3 boxes (arrived 1 day apart) Admittedly I work very quickly and between the combination of ease of assembly and a decent mechanical aptitude you almost don’t require a manual. For an average pace I think 2.5 hours is reasonable for 1 person and 1.5 for 2 people. It went together nicely, everything fit easily. There was some VERY light scratching but nothing I wouldn’t also find in any other brand. Im 6’6” 290 lbs and this still has plenty of bounce. I’m sure several kids at once would be light work for this. Only cons- at this price point it should come with anchoring straps for wind, and I would have hoped at this price it wouldn’t be made in China but it is… Durability to be determined but it seems relatively sturdy for a trampoline… ... show more

  • 15 Footer = About 4 Hours Solo
Style: 15 Foot
Order was placed and stated it would take about 7-10 days. It arrived in 3...which is cool. There were 3 boxes in total. They're numbered 1, 2, & 3. Started assembly in the evening around 7. Was able to get the trampoline up, with the exception of the netting, before it was dark. Finished off the netting the following morning. One thing to note, the assembly video on YouTube from JumpFlex does not pertain to the 15 foot model. Don't follow it! The Allen key plastic wrench that come with it are trash. Get your own tools it's much easier. Some pros & cons: Pros: - Instructions are good. Easy to read, simple and straightforward. The pictures are small, so don't count on them for the orientation of things. Pay close attention to the "tips" in the manual. Having to take some of these things apart because you missed a minor detail would be a major PITA. - Things go together pretty well. Would be useful to have some items you can use to lean the posts against while you're doing the installation to the frame. I used a 5 gallon bucked and it worked fine. - This thing is STURDY. Seen some cheaper trampolines that just don't feel sturdy. When you jump on this it feels solid and doesn't (yet) make any odd squeaky sounds. - The frame of the FlexJump trampolines are galvanized and should never rust. That's awesome. Cons: - Price could be an issue. I'm sure you can find a decent trampoline for less, but if you take care of the FlexJump unit it should last for many, many years. - The basketball goal is ridiculously overpriced at nearly $100 and you have to remove a post to install it. - Some of the black leg frames were scratched during shipping. - Anchor kit and sun shade have been out of stock as long as I've been looking...really want that damn shade! Overall...we paid the extra for quality of the build, the sturdiness of the product, and the lifetime warranty. We'll see how it holds up and report back with any issues! ... show more
