Features

  • High-Flow 32mm3/s Nozzle: It excels in material extrusion, providing robust support for high-speed printing. With a maximum temperature support of 280C, it rapidly heats up to 200C in just 35 seconds. Additionally, it features a tool-free quick removal system, allowing nozzle removal in just 3 seconds with the press of button.
  • Multiple Nozzle Options: FLASHFORGE Adventurer 5M Series nozzles include four sizes: 0.25mm, 0.4mm, 0.6mm, and 0.8mm, expanding the capabilities of your 3D printer. With these choices, you could tailor your printing experience to meet different requirements, ensuring optimal printing results.
  • Popular Choice: The 0.4mm nozzle offers a balance of versatility and performance in 3D printing. It is a widely used and common nozzle size suitable for various projects. This diameter strikes a balance between precision and speed, making it a practical choice for a wide range of applications.
  • Efficiency Meets Durability: The 0.6/0.8mm nozzles, constructed from high-strength materials, can withstand abrasive filaments such as carbon fiber. They offer increased durability and broader material compatibility, capable of handling abrasive filaments for extended periods while maintaining dimensional precision. Their extended lifespans also reduce the need for frequent nozzle replacements, thus lowering your maintenance costs.

  • Still great detail.
Style: Hardened-0.6 mm
Works great. I used to print PLA-CF. Great finish on the print.

  • Great Nozzle
Style: Hardened-0.6 mm
This is a huge plus. This is my first tip replacement and it is made from hardened steel. This is a huge upgrade from the brass tip that came with the machine! I’ve learned a few Things since I had the first nozzle clog. That is that each nozzle should only work with one type of material. I started with PLA and switched back and forth with PETG. That may have contributed to my first nozzle failing. Now I have decided to stick with only PETG and to only buy a hardened steel Tip when I change sizes or materials. Each one will be boxed in a container marked with size and material type. But so far this is a great product! ... show more

  • Works fantastically on my Flashforge 5m Pro
Style: Hardened-0.6 mm
The ease of installation is fantastic with flashforges nozzles. The noise level of the nozzle itself is non-existent. The build quality is great after 200hrs of use. The print quality of the nozzle is top notch for even small parts. The bed adhesion is more or less based on the filament and not the nozzle with ease of cleaning being very easy. ... show more

  • 0.6 is the way to go
Style: Hardened-0.6 mm
I love how easy these are to install, the price is not that bad, and they make great prints. I have not had any problems with heat creep, but sometimes a little PETG will stick to the nozzle, and you should clean that off. The 0.6 is a great size for most prints, I have not hardly noticed a differents in print quality from the 0.4. ... show more

  • great when new
Style: Hardened-0.6 mm
I am going to give it 4 stars because it works great when brand new. After a couple of months of printing stuff it just dies. I am currently at my 3rd one in about 8 mounts. Once it does it no longer pulls filament. I have followed all videos and instructions for cleaning but it fails to work.

  • Perfect
Style: Hardened-0.6 mm
I ordered my printer a flashforge ad5m and ordered all the nozzles afterwards the .4 and .6 is a must I can not tell a difference in quality between the .4 and .25

  • Be sure to thoroughly dry your filament
Style: Hardened-0.6 mm
To Megan O. and enyone else struggling with clogging, I also had problems with clogging and went through a couple nozzles. I think my error was because I tried to use incompletely dried filament. Hey, I was eager to print something. Since I have been taking more time to dry the filament thoroughly, I have not had any problems. And am happy with the printer. ... show more

  • Well Worth it
Style: Hardened-0.6 mm
I honestly prefer a .6mm over a .4mm any day, these heat up pretty fast, solid build, snap in nicely, ofc with anything you need to tweak your setting to get a nice quality.
