I know that title sounds like a dumb commercial, but I replaced the high density foam I was sitting on for this cushion and literally in one day, my lower back pain disappeared. I have been having such pain getting out of bed in the morning, I had to take painful baby steps until I can get my back loose enough to walk. This morning I got right up out of bed, NO pain at all. I can't believe it! I am not being compensated for writing this and I always call a spade a spade. They refuse to print some of the negative reviews I write because they are too something, hm honest? Very rarely do I get this excited about a product. I have had this lower back pain for months, feels like years. I went to the dr., got x-rays, the dr. said I only have typical age-related changes in my spine (I am a currently sedentary 78) but nothing to suggest the level of pain I was having. I was so puzzled that she did not see significant changes to my lower spine. I was even developing sciatic shooting pains down my legs and starting to get numbness in my toes and feet. I wasn't able to go out and walk like I used to several miles a week. I thought something was better last night when I was moving around so much more easily at the end of the day. But then this morning getting up right out of bed, walking normally, I am blown away. So I just ordered another one so I can take it with me everywhere. I work from my home office and sit. A lot. For hours and hours on end. Sometimes I forget to move. And as comfortable as chairs can be, a change in your seat is always a plus. This cushion adds comfort to those days where I just can’t get away from the office. The cover is black and has a convenient zipper along the back bottom side to easily wash the cat fur away. The top of the cushion is lightly molded to fit a general population sit. There is also a cutout in the back to allow the tail bone relief. This seat cushion is super comfortable. I had purchased another one when I first started working from home & it was way too firm & was not comfortable at all. I decided it give this one a shot & am glad I did. It’s perfect for sitting for long periods of time without aches & pains.

So I somehow got this cushion as a mistake as I was looking and searching for chairs, this populated and ultimately got this under that guise. It’s a comfortable cushion but I wouldn’t pay $40-50+ dollars of it. It actually looks like the price went down lol.

I bought two of these cushions, one for the car and one for my office. The most noticeable difference was in the car as it helped relieve lower back fatigue. This relief was not as noticeable in my office chair but I think the reason is due to the recline level of the car seat versus the more vertical nature of the office chair.
