First of all this chair looks very nice, is heavy duty feeling and seems to be quality made. Now I like how it looks, but I did have some issues with the chair unfortunately, which made me remove a couple stars. The first issue I had was that two support parts in my box were produced incorrectly and did not have a piece that was needed for them to be screwed into the chair. This was a big issue, because without those pieces, the chair was not solid to sit on. I tried contacting Amazon and they were unable to send me replacement parts, since it had been a while since I received the item. I don’t blame them necessarily, just saying that the issue was not good and if I had paid $240 for this chair, I would’ve been very upset or returned it. Since I got it through the Vine program not such a big deal for me. Anyway I ended up getting some long screws from a store and just screwing into the plastic to secure the pieces as best I could. It’s holding for now and hopefully will not be an issue, but like I said for that price I think everything should be made correctly. Other than that putting the piece together is pretty simple, it is heavy, and I personally needed help to maneuver it around because of the weight. The other “issue“ that I had is that in the end I didn’t find the chaise to be comfortable. I don’t know if it’s my body getting old or what, but it didn’t feel good 😬 I’m planning on getting a cushion for some softness. ... show more
