    • Great lightweight portable flag pole!

I have used this flag pole model for over a year now, while running, walking, holidays, military events, protests, etc. I tried a few different models before that, this is by far the best one at a more affordable price. I can confirm that the pole material is super lightweight, easy to screw-on assemble, and is tall enough to be seen clearly and also not accidentally hit anyone with the flag(s). The 2 foam handle attachments make it easy to grip, especially while holding it for a long time, during wet conditions, or while exercising/sweating. This one comes with a 3x5 American Flag that is also very lightweight and reduces drag/weight while moving with the flag. The ONLY downside to this kit is that the flag attaches to the pole like a sleeve/sock. Meaning that you slide it onto the poll and it has 2 small ribbons to tie it to the pole at the bottom. That part is not the most reliable, especially in windy conditions… so I chose to reinforce mine with strong rubber bands. I often add-on other flags for different events, so I simply mounted those with rubber bands also. Usually those flags come with grommets (the metal circles on the edge that goes on the pole) that allow you to either clip them on, tie them with rope, or like I did, with rubber bands. The flag appears to be reasonably durable, reasonably thick, and has an attractive appearance. The pole can be extended, which is rather nice. This would be a good choice for parades and protests in particular, especially because of the segmented pole.

Super lightweight ran 18 miles with it. I love the soft grip. The only thing I wish and it minor…but I wish there was eyelet to tie the flag too.

Bought this to use with another flag, but it has no way to attach a flag with grommets(the standard metal circles you would normally use). It comes with a poor quality American flag to be used with this specific flag holder. Basically, it’s garbage.

This is a really big flag. I guess I’m not good with dimensions but bringing this out to any kind of patriotic event or protest will make you standout as it’s a really good sized flag. It doesn’t have a nylon kind of look. But you get what you pay for.

I used this pole to hold a bigger flag than it was shipped with. I have a 8' x 5' American flag and it did just fine holding it. But once the winds got passed 20 mph it started bending. I had this up for a whole 3 day weekend taking the abuse of strong storm winds and it held strong till the last day when it bent. So if you use it as intended it does just fine ... show more
