The frame looks good, but some of the pins on the back were actually driven into the metal and I couldn’t unlock them to put the picture in. I had to slide it in through a crack without actually being able to remove the back of the frame.

These do look oh-so cheap. I ordered several in different finishes for two gallery walls. I wish I'd tried just one, instead, - now I have the Cyber Monday Blues. I hated these frames on sight but to be fair I tried my art prints and photos alongside the Black frames anyway. I mean what can possibly not be right about black? The dull finish to start with, the fact that it screams cheap plastic from miles away and the best thing I can say about it is that it will be just OK as a certificate frame but I bet the dollar store frame looks just as good. I had been looking forward to the Champagne color as well as the Brass color partly because I wanted to compare to other frames that I ordered, also from amazon. Forget it, there is no comparison. I'll stick with the other two frame vendors that I already tried within the same price range. Worse, there was no difference between the brass and the champagne - so I'm guessing they sent me two sets of Champagne, which looks a bit like matte rose-gold depending on the light. Since the frames are rather thin/slim you don't really get the full effect like you would with a slightly wider, simple contemporary frame. Other than the appearance of the frame I also did not care for the triangle hangers. Those are always tricky to hang - a saw tooth hanger simply works better. I am truly unhappy with the quality/appearance of these frames. No one likes to deal with returns or write a bad review but here we are. FWIW - the shipping was fine and all the frames arrived well-packaged and intact. Bottom line - these frames are OK for certificates.

These are lightweight and rather cheap but the champaign looks good. Not glass but plastic. My biggest complaint is that they're not 8.5x11, something more like 9x12. So there's more white space on the top and bottom. Since I was framing 8.5x11 prints this doesn't look good. Otherwise they're ok. They're only $20/2

The picture frames are made from cheap materials. The metal frame is very lightweight and the clear insert is plastic not glass. If you want a cheap picture frame, then the champagne finish is pretty but I wouldn’t recommend these.

The back notches to remove the back stand part of the frame to put your picture in, don’t move. So essentially you can’t put your picture. Overall quality is very, very poor. Returned it immediately.
