This is literally the only non-metal watch band I've found that both looks right and physically fits on my Citizen Navihawk EcoDrive watch. This is a really tough watch to put a band on; it's a really big watch but has a lug width that's both a little small for its case size but is also pretty non-standard at 23mm. It's hard to find a 23mm band to begin with and the few that do exist that I've tried either don't look chunky enough for the watch or they don't match its overall look. Of course this watch does come with its own rubber band and it's made to look chunky like the watch itself. Unfortunately my wrists have grown and the original band - which I'd cut a little small to fit my wrist at the time to begin with - no longer fits. A replacement for that simple rubber band is over $100! So for a long time, after trying various other things, I had been wearing a Citizen-made metal mesh bracelet that was intended to fit this watch, but it still looked a little weird and was also really uncomfortable. (It also cost me over $100, but I figured if I was gonna spend that much, may as well get a metal bracelet. Still wasn't worth it!) All I really needed to do was buy this band. It comes in a 23mm version, has a color scheme that almost looks designed to match my black and orange Navihawk, and it has a chunky, rugged look and feel that matches the watch. It really looks like it's made for this specific watch; it's perfect. Well, *almost*. They do seem to make this band with a black buckle but it was sold out when I bought my band. Pay attention to that when you order. The only thing I'd change about this band is the silver buckle mine came with, although now that I have it on the watch and am used to it, I don't notice it and I doubt anyone else does either. But it would just add that little extra bit of perfection with the black buckle. I will say that the buckle it comes with, silver or black, is as chunky as the rest of the band, and feels good to use. I've seen some others complain about long term durability and I can't comment on that... it does feel like a quality band but I haven't worn mine enough to really know if it'll last. I don't wear this watch every day, but I do wear it once a week or so, especially any time my wrist swells from the weather and makes my metal bracelet watches feel uncomfortable. So far the band is holding up just fine and it did not require any break-in - it felt good from day one. Even if you don't have a black and orange weirdly-sized watch like I do, I still recommend this band for any type of sporty or rugged watch.

While I love this band and it is super comfortable- the top layer is cracking in the short time I have owned it. Not a show stopper, but if you are OCD about some things this will set you off. Overall a nice band, I might have not noticed it, if it was not two Tone. The watch is a daily wearer, office and around town only - not abused etc.

I bought this strap after buying a watch gecko identical strap for my new Chris Ward Trident Pro 300. This watch band is identical to the Watch Gecko band other than the watch gecko logo stamped on the clasp. Save yourself 70$ and buy this one instead. And Yes, it looks awesome on my Chris Ward!

This watch strap looks great, and it feels nice in my hand but I have no clue how it feels on my wrist because the holes for spring bars are made so small and tight, it’s impossible to get the spring bar through. I broke 3 spring bars trying to shove it all the way through to be able to be worn and 3rd that broke snapped in half and is lodged in the hole, making the watch band unusable. The look and durability of the strap don’t matter if the thing is impossible to wear. Very disappointing.

I have gone through a few different bands for my TAG Heuer Formula 1 with orange dial, and nothing was 💯 until this band. The watch came with a gray canvas band with stitching accents, but the drawback of canvas straps (for me, anyway), is when you wash your hands, they stay wet, which makes them less than optimal in winter or when wearing long-sleeved shirts. IMO, the silicone bands feel cheap, so I got solid black FKM band, but ultimately, that just fell short for a watch with sporty charisma. I stumbled on this band after EXTENSIVE browsing. It combines all the best elements of the previous bands: it is FKM, so it is robust, and it has the texture and of a canvas band, with contrast stitching that matches the dial / bezel. It has a molded-in "lock" for the first loop that constrains the band after the buckle (I ended up supergluing the first loop on the previous FKM band to keep it from migrating to and fro), and it overall feels quality and substantial enough to compliment a sporty luxury watch.
