Very easy to put together, directions were clear and understandable. and took me about 45mins, again only frustrating part was using an Allen wrench to put screws in, but it was a small inconvenience. The material was decent and the frame is sturdy. Has cloth drawers so you definitely cannot overstuff the drawers. This will be used in my spare bedroom for when my daughter comes home from college on breaks so it is just enough to hold her clothes. I love the outlets at the top of the dresser and it the LED USB light strip works well.

First time we ordered, the middle two frame pieces were severely bent out of shape. These are powdered steel and do not look like they were bent in the shipping process. These were powder coated as bent pieces to begin with. They are not bendable back to shape. See the attached picture. Replacement order came with 2 of the same internal frame pieces, #14. Not the #13 and #14 as required. Without the correct frame pieces, the drawers can not fit in the dresser. Again, the metal is too strong to bend or break the end caps off to just "make it work."

Received the product everything looked as expected until I got to the end and realized that I was sent two of the same pieces that were suppose to be opposites so the middle drawers aren’t able to fit into place. Everything was put together as instructed even tried other ways to possibly make it work but no luck. Tried reaching out to manufacture just for the correct piece but of course no luck there either. Waste of time and money.

The directions are not that great. It took awhile for me to put together but the outcome is worth it. The leather look of the drawers, the led and the plug ins are the main reasons I got this for my son’s new bedroom.
