I purchased this FitVII watch in December, and have been extremely pleased with it. In its price range, the features of the FitVII are as good as others out there. It's sturdy and comfortable to wear 24/7, available in several colors including a light purple color, my favorite! I particularly love the simple sleep monitor that, to me, seems pretty accurate in keeping track of the total time slept each night. Works for me! I also love the Phone Locator function included in the features. I "lose" my phone frequently, and it's a pleasure to be able to locate it "hidden" nearby, right where I left it! This fitness tracker's main features, though, count steps, distance, time and calories for a variety of exercises, from running to swimming to cycling, and many others. I find the step and distance monitors about half a mile short when running on the treadmill (doesn't match up with GPS or gym equipment measurements), but overall I can factor this in when I log fitness numbers into MyFitnessPal after every workout. The app is very easy to use, imple in its layout but providing all the info I need to track my progress. Unfortunately, the charging function worked very well until two days ago when I was unable to charge the watch (for my activity level, I charge it about every 10-12 days). I immediately sought help from customer support at the manufacturer, and my concerns were addressed professionally and promptly by Allisa, the customer support rep at FitVII. She is arranging for a new magnetic charger to be shipped to me immediately (these magnetic chargers are for the most part not interchangeable with other fitness watches). So Allisa's expertise and guidance have been most helpful in the diagnostic process as she wanted to ensure that the problem was the cord and not the watch itself. I will provide an update to this review when the new charger arrives in the next few days. In any event, prompt service and support are critically important, and I am very pleased with the response to my concerns thus far. UPDATE: The replacement charge cord was received three days after contacting Allisa at customer support. It works perfectly, and I'm very satisfied with the outstanding customer support I received! My Fitbit Charge 5 suddenly died and of course it is just out of warranty and a Charge 6 replacement is 4x the cost of this fitness watch. I have been seeing other watches advertised that measure BP and I thought I would try this one out for that reason, plus the reasonable price for the other tracking I use: steps, HR, sleep. I did try the BP measurement and I have not been able to compare it to my cuffed Omron. Off hand it seems a little low in the measurement, but if consistent in difference with the Omron, that would be fine with me. For the price, it seems like a good buy. I was using my Fitbit mainly as a watch and this is actually a better watch than the Fitbit because of the larger screen and this has a button to briefly turn it on, unlike the Fitbit (Charge 6 apparently has re-added the screen button; the tapping of the screen on the Charge 5 did not always work, sometimes I had to tap multiple times.) The use of the touch screen seems more intuitive than the Fitbit. The only issue I had a little trouble with is the setting up of the blue-tooth connection. The app was just not clear about what I was supposed to do, i.e. which "device" was I supposed to click? There was no notification from my iPhone about connecting. Somehow I managed to get it connected then everything went smoothly with setting up the mobile app. I can see that it may be helpful to get a screen protector, but the reviews were really mixed for the two offerings. The Fitbit band is definitely easier to get on and off, but this band appears to be silicon which I prefer. At this point I do not have a feeling about its durability nor overall accuracy for the various measurements. I did test SPO2 and that was comparable to my finger O2 device. For people not familiar with fitness trackers their advantage to me is that as a goal orientated person, I do exercise more by seeing my results. I am just now noticing that there is nothing like the Active Minutes of exercise that Fitbit has. That stat is helpful to know (my doctor asks me every time I visit) and I will miss that to some extent. ... show more

UPDATE: I received an explanation from the seller with regards to the sleep tracking process and now that I understand it better it makes perfect sense; if I get up during the night for any extended time period it "resets" the tracking. With reference to the blood pressure monitoring it makes sense that the readings will be different from a wrist read versus the blood pressure reading with a cuff at the doctors office. The seller was very responsive to my questions and for that reason plus their quick explanations I have changed my rating to 5 star. It's hard to find a seller that is willing to answer your questions so quickly. Some don't respond at all. I thought I would like this watch more than I do. I didn't buy it for the sleep tracker so the fact that it isn't accurate is not that big of a deal. The blood pressure function is what I wanted it for and the accuracy is so-so. I feel it is a bit low most of the time, which in comparison to the blood pressure cuff is not accurate. My readings are always on the higher side. I'm glad I didn't pay more for this than I did or I would have returned it. ... show more

This is such a nice easy to use and functional alternative to an expensive Apple Watch. I needed for tracking my sleep and health and didn’t need all the capabilities of a phone I already have. Perfect alternative st a phenomenal price. Really easy to charge and holds charge a lot longer than Apple Watch. Just love it. Oh and did I mention the unique light plum color is my favorite thing.
