The media could not be loaded. Very sturdy,definitely worth the money,a bit shorter than expected but will definitely work! Not terrible to build tools are not included so you will need a Phillips screwdriver, everything had to be hand tightened. There were two packages one being the stand and one being the fireplace. There were also two different led strips, one powered by a button- they were only white not light changing, the other powered by remote- remote is definitely not correct missing most colors on the remote!

The media could not be loaded. Shipped quickly and in two separate boxes - larger box was banged up in transit but parts were undamaged except for one small fissure crack that was easily hidden. Assembly was easy to follow but timely - took about 4 hours for one person. Looks great in person and the faux stone tabletop and scalloped front cabinets gives it a unique and higher end look. No remote for the fireplace - separate power switches for flames/heat. I did not install the included LED light strip but may add it later. Good buy! Update: I had an issue with the fireplace flickering feature and contacted customer support - they sent out a replacement insert for me right away. 10/10 customer service!
