This watch worked really well for the first seven months I had it. It functioned just as it said it would and survived the intense heat of the summer when I bought. The Amazon Alexa feature was easy to set up and the app is fairly self explanatory. I bought the watch in July of last year and it held up pretty well. For the low cost it does a very good job. However, for the past four months there have bee countless issues: the watch will not properly sync to the app even when I follow the handbook instructions, the watch will completely reset all my fitness data from the day multiple times each day, the screen won't turn on when I click the button, and it has stopped consistently charging. The band is also difficult to clean and it collects dust and dirt super easily. I tried to reach out to their customer support about a month ago and I never got a response.

I've had this for a week and a half so far and I like it quite well! I don't know how long the battery lasts since I throw it on the charger as I may when I'm sitting and doing nothing. I love the large watch face which is clear to see and not so big it gets in the way when I bend my wrist. I like big screens and this is an excellent size. Scrolling is smooth and easy, any phone calls I've handled through the watch seem to be good quality (none I've talked to complained they couldn't hear me nor of background noise), and the menus are easy to navigate. I'm not a huge fan of the inability to send texts (using text to speech would be the only way to go, I suppose) from the watch, but that's not what I was looking for in this watch. I want to track my steps through the day and this seems to learn how you walk. The first day or two the step count was wildly inaccurate. I looked all over the app & watch itself for a way to set your stride and couldn't find it. Now it seems to have corrected itself and the count is more or less accurate when I count my paces. I would like to add that feature to future iterations of the app so we can set it up and move on from the beginning. The weather feature is lovely, but I was stuck on the town I work in over the weekend instead of where I live and wished the location could be set manually. The available watch faces are pretty and I haven't seen any more than $0.99 with plenty of decent free options. If you have one watch for each of your family members you can set them up together in a group like Fitbit and compete. I have not used this function, just saw it existed. My favorite feature being the O2 stat monitor. I have allergies and asthma so I like knowing that no matter how breathless I feel, I still am getting enough air. I used to occasionally, carry an O2 monitor for such a purpose. I am happy that I saved myself a ton of $ and chosen this watch over the competition. I will recommend this model to friends and family.
