Update II, 12/10/2022: Ooohh I fixed it! I check the permissions on the app. I had closed the app for a couple of days, and then my phone removed some key permissions Why? Because I had deliberately aet my phone to remove permissions if an app has been unused for a while. That setting is in Settings, Apps, VeryFitPro, Permissions, Remove Permissions if Unused and Free Up Space). Restoring certain permissions works. I restored Body Sensor, Nearby Devices, and Physical Activity. Not sure if all of these are necessary, but whatever, it works now. User error strikes again! :D ===================================== Update 12/10/2022: the watch suddenly decided not to connect to my phone anymore. Restarted phone a bunch of times, restarted Bluetooth, unpaired and repaired, nothing works. So, basically this device has gone from being a great, affordable alternative to shoddily constructed FitBits, which cost $100 - $200+ and then fall apart, to being a battery powered wrist pedometer with zero app functionality. If I want to log my fitness specs, pencil and paper it is. Oh well, it was a good 6 months while it lasted. Moral of the story: if you want a device to track your fitness, you're going to have to either buy a new one of these every 6 months, or shell out for an Apple Watch. ≈================================== The tabs that attach my Fitbit Charge 4 to its band broke off and the battery life went way downhill after only 10 months. I was reluctant to reward their shoddy quality by buying another, so bought this as a replacement at 1/3 the price. It works great! The display is large and bright, so I can easilysee it even in bright sun, and the battery hangs on for a good 10 days. For anyone migrating to this over from Fitbit, you should know that it doesn't count small steps you might make incidentally walking around a small space. It also doesn't seem to count vibrations in a car. Therefore, don't be surprised if you find the step count is lower than you are used to. However, if you walk steadily from one place to another, or working out, it is accurate. If your goal is 10,000 steps, you might have to add another 1 1/2 miles to your regimen. I think it's more on par with how Apple Watch counts steps. You're probably getting a more honest result with this one than with a Fitbit.

Really liked the watch, although it's been less than 2 months and the charger isn't charging the phone. Have it to my daughter for her bday 6/2. Not impressed!!!

Liked the colors and it held a long charge but didn't last a long time. It started acting quirky after a while: touchscreen started being finicky and not responsive, battery held a shorter (day only) charge, etc.

For the most part, we've liked this watch, the app, and the tracking. The two caveats are that it doesn't track if you are pushing a stroller, which is frustrating. Also, the band broke, which is also frustrating because it feels like it wasn't meant to last.

I purchased this on Nov 2020. Obviously, no longer under warranty. I only use this watch when I teach paddleboard yoga but have come to rely on it. But now the watch will not recharge! It's the craziest thing. I have checked the USB port (multiple), the magnetic strip is clean and still adheres but it will not charge. Is there anything I can do?! I hesitate to buy another one if it only lasts 2 years. Anyone else have this issue or any advice?

This is actually my second one of these. Lost my first one after several months and bought another. It’s easy to use and looks cool. Highlights: Charges quickly and the battery lasts a long time! I mean DAYS! It is easy to use and syncs with the app well. User friendly for sure Cons: My biggest con is that it detects steps based on arm swing. I’m not sure if all fitness trackers are like that but I imagine the more expensive ones have an algorithm based more on heart rate than arm motion?? This is important to me because I can walk a mile while pushing a stroller, but since My arm isn’t swinging, none of those steps are counting. The lighter color bands can also get dirty with the sweat. I would choose the teal or black to keep it looking nice. Altogether good value tho.

I originally purchased the Fitpolo Fitness Smart Watch in July 2021. I really like the features and it really worked well for my needs. In July 2022 (just short of 1 year) it decided to stop working. I reached out to the merchant and they were very helpful in assisting with trouble shooting the issue to try and get the Fitness Smart Watch to start functioning again. Unfortunately there was nothing that worked to get it functioning again. The representative then offered to send a replacement and I was so appreciative and grateful. I received a newer upgraded model (Fitpolo Fitness Smart Watch ID207) and it is working great. It has more features and so far I am very satisfied with the replacement. I also am so very grateful for the excellent customer service provided by the representative (Andy) and can't be more Thankful. They treat their customers right and nowadays that's hard to come by.
