Some Instructions are a little comical because of the broken english translation. One instruction was left out but you can easily see the side of treadmill where treadlock goes ( its on the right). But it was easy to assemble and tucks away nicely. Better to start on lowest grade to get used to tread. Big difference when you supply the speed ! I do not recommend this manual treadmill. "You get what you pay for " . I always made sure I oiled the belt before use and would be sure that the belt was aligned right. Every time I got on it and got a steady pace of fast walking, the belt would get stuck. I tried so many times to fix it. Also, I had to hold onto the bars while walking. I usually like to have weights to use while walking and I couldn't on this treadmill. ... show more

Compacts unit that is easy to put away in very little space. I put a 2 x 4 under the front and it worked pretty well then. A good unit for a cheap price.

    • Don't waste your money
DON'T BUY unless you want a broken neck. If I could send it back I would. Its tiny and the belt is so loose you can't even walk on it. We tried everything. Not to mention if you are tall, don't bother. Its great for kids lol.

I have a long stride so when I would walk the roller would make the belt go faster and then it would abruptly stop. I had my son stop over and he made some adjustments and it still did the same thing. It did the same to my daughter as well. I would not recommend this product.

The belt does stick. but works fine with adjusting..I think the 330 lb weight limit is a bit of a stretch, and the more you weigh the more the belt will tend to stick. In the end all the parts are included, it did not come damaged in any way. it assembled fairly easy. It is what it is, pay close attention to the size of the machine. i am 5'6 and using it at the tallest height. i dont suggest it for anyone taller it would be very uncomfortable. ... show more

    • Works but isnt the best functionally.
Basically bought this and is hard to adjust to a level wjere you dont have to hold on for dear life without falling off. Wheels vome off the track even after readjusting and triple checking the placement. Just our experience buy really makes it hard to use. Probably gonna git rid of it.
