I'm enjoying the tracker. It was very easy to set up. The heart rate, blood pressure and oxygen levels all seem very accurate. But the temperature seems to be affected by if your drinking something hot or cold, so keep that in mind. There are plenty of exercises to choose from in the app and then transfer to the watch. I'm not very healthy and I'm trying to change this. I think between this tracker and the free version of MyFitnessPal for logging my food, I'm on my way.

I just use it for a light weight watch at night to check the time when I suddenly awaken at some random time without bending over to tap my phone. Works perfect for that.

The all-day activity tracking logs my steps, calories burned, and workout details. The touchscreen is responsive and the interface allows me to quickly access all the functions. It tracks my heart rate, body temperature, and sleep patterns and gives me data that helps me understand where I can improve my daily habits. The sleep tracker, in particular, has helped me identify my lack of rest. It also has a wide range of smart functions. From call and message reminders to a remote camera controller and various health reminders, it integrates into my daily routine. With 25 sport modes, I can record my workout time, heart rate, and distance. I've been using the Keep Health app alongside my fitness tracker. The app is user-friendly and provides detailed insights into my daily activities, heart rate, sleep patterns, and more. It syncs the data from my tracker to the app, and I have many watch faces available. While signed in, it stores my data in the cloud, but I can also choose to store it locally without signing in. It charges fast but I think the magnetic contacts detach too easily. The watch and charging cable should stay connected even if I leave the watch hang on the charging cable. On the other hand, a single charge lasts me over a week.

As summer started we planned to run 3 miles every morning. So this watch is really help me to keep all of my records. Especially the built-in Stopwatch feature it’s allowing me to track my time on each task. The 25 sport mode is excellent that includes multiple activities that I do. The heart rate monitor is accurate, providing real-time data that's invaluable for my workouts. It’s comfortable enough to wear all day, and the battery life is awesome. It’s easy to use and easy to read. Definitely needed.

I have been using this fitness tracker for a couple of weeks now, to keep an eye on my daily activities, and it has a beautiful AMOLED touch color screen that is really clear and easy to use. Plus, it tracks my steps, the calories that I have burned, my heart rate, and my sleep. One of the things I liked right away was how lightweight and comfortable the tracker is, and I have been wearing it all day, and it doesn’t bother me at all. The touch screen is responsive, and I did not have any issues going through the different features that my fitness tracker has, the stopwatch and the pedometer are quite handy during my workouts. Plus, it has a very decent battery life, therefore, I am quite happy with this fitness tracker.
