It only tracks hours of sleep not quality. The only complaint I have is not being able to control the brightness. But for the price and what I needed it was perfect. The media could not be loaded. I recently got this amazing Fitness Tracker with Heart Rate, Step Counter, Sleep Tracking, Calorie Tracking, and a bunch of other cool features. It's got a 1.1" Touch Color Screen, is waterproof, and works with both Android and iPhones. First off, the design is super sleek. The screen is bright and clear, making it really easy to see everything even when I'm outside in the sun. The touch screen is super responsive, and I love that I can swipe through the different screens smoothly. Plus, the band is really comfortable to wear all day long, even when I'm sweating during a workout or accidentally splash water on it, thanks to its waterproof feature. I can see how my heart rate changes during different activities like running or just chilling at home. The step counter is another feature I love. It accurately counts my steps throughout the day. I set a daily goal of 10,000 steps, and it's so satisfying to see the tracker vibrate when I hit that goal. It motivates me to stay active and move more, even on days when I feel lazy. Sometimes, I'll take an extra walk around the block just to hit my step goal, which is something I never used to do before I had this tracker. It supports 25 different sports modes like walking, running, cycling, and even yoga. I can choose any of these modes and it will track my steps, heart rate, distance, and calories burned. This makes my workouts more fun and helps me stay motivated. I love trying out different sports modes and seeing how they affect my fitness levels. Another great feature is the smart notification reminder. With Bluetooth connected to my phone, I get alerts for incoming calls, texts, and app notifications. This device is a good looking and modern. I absolutely love it. However, it records the steps incorrectly and there is no way to reset it to zero. When I drive, not sure how but it tracks it as steps. So, when I got to my destination, more than 2000 steps were added to the total and no way to reset it for real steps. Other than this, so far so good. Not sure if it is true waterproof but I don’t intend to test it.

I ordered this fitness tracker from Amazon Vine because I wanted something to help me keep track of my daily activities without having to be constantly checking my phone.
