All I wanted is a fitness tracker that is waterproof and counts my total daily steps. It was important that the app was free and easy to set up for capturing the acquired information. I ordered 3 different brands of trackers and wore each separately, side by side on my wrist with the tracker I was replacing. I tested each tracker for a full 48 hours and this was the clear winner by far. Every tracked value was extremely accurate. Because I wear the tracker to count my steps in an AquaFit class, I still wasn’t completely convinced. I gave up the pool for one day and hit the walking trail wearing an Omron pedometer for comparison with this tracker. The difference was 10 steps! My recorded temperature, blood pressure, pulse ox and heart rate are as close as it gets to obtaining these values manually. A huge bonus is the screen is so clear and the information is easy to read. I am not addicted to social media and refuse to use the messaging and phone alert features so I cannot speak on these features. I have used FitBit (3 styles) and VeryFitPro (2 styles). None have lasted longer than 2 years so I cannot justify the cost to keep replacing them. I pray this company doesn’t upgrade or discontinue this tracker which is perfect but just in case, I have ordered another BSLIZEN Fitness Tracker as a back up even though this one is less than a month old because I never want to be without one.

Maybe I got a lemon? The tracker simply did not keep accurate counts of anything. And it did not properly track my sleep at all--missing an entire 3 hours of solid sleep. It tries to track your sleep by accounting for body movements, heart rate, and other things. It did not accurately count my steps either--sometimes not counting steps at all, and other times giving me three dozen steps or more when I walked only a few. And when I kept it on for more than 24 hours I got a pounding headache--and I never get headaches. So I thought that was strange. I returned it. If someone still wants to try it, aesthetically, it is an attractive band on the wrist, the materials appear and feel quality, the digital display is appealing and can be modified. The app you can download on your phone is not intrusive and you do not have to sign up and even give an email. But you don't need the app for the band to function--the app simply permits you to transfer all the data to your phone, so you can see your data collected over long periods of time, sort of like a spreadsheet. Again, maybe I just got a lemon. I really wanted it for sleep monitoring, and since it did not work for me, I have zero confidence in that feature on this band.

Sometimes simple is better. Smart watches are great but they’re bigger and heavier. That’s fine most of the time but not so much when you’re doing a grappling sport. The watch does everything I want in a small lightweight package. Good value for the money, seems pretty accurate, and does tracking for all the important things. Notifications work fine though I never care about those things when I’m working out.

“OMG, this BSLIZHEN C60 fitness tracker is AMAZING! Seriously, I use it 24/7 and it’s become my health sidekick. The heart rate and blood oxygen tracking? Spot-on—I check them constantly during workouts and even at night. The sleep analysis blew my mind; it actually helped me fix my terrible sleep schedule! The screen is super crisp (love the colors), and it’s so lightweight I forget I’m wearing it. Plus, it’s waterproof—no stress during sweaty runs or rainy days. The battery lasts forever (okay, like 5 days), and syncing with my phone is a breeze. Missing GPS? Eh, who cares—the step counter and activity stats are perfect for my needs. Oh, and the band? Comfy AF and stays put.

Can't beat the price for the quality. Only had for one day but so far my sleep tracking and heart rate are all I needed and function great. This IS NOT a touchscreen, just one "button" that you either tap or long hold for menu access. The screen DOES NOT stay on for more than a couple seconds, unless you keep touching it. The blood pressure reader is a gimmick, no watch can determine blood pressure without a pressurized cuff. The temperature does not read below 93 degrees, but most normal people won't have that problem. Buy this if you only need it for minimal purposes. I got it just for heart rate and it works well. Although after a workout, you will only see your average heart rate in the phone app. If you want to see peak heart rate you just have to keep looking at the watch. If you want to use it for messages and calls, better look for another watch. And, you can customize the screen to some degree and add a personal photo if you want. Added bonus you can use it to remote control your phone camera, but no camera display.
