Unfortunately it does not accurately track your steps. It’s seeming like you have to really swing your arms for it to track. If I didn’t throw out the package i would’ve returned it already.

First, I wasn’t looking for an equivalent to a name-brand smartwatch that allows me to answer cell calls or sync to other devices for remote control. I simply needed a new sports watch for the gym. For my purposes, this watch is perfect. The shape of the watch is rectangular, with it being longer than wide. Screen clarity and graphics are outstanding, and the watch face is touch-sensitive, with just enough space between the menu choices to allow large fingers like mine to make the proper choice without mistakes. The readouts are accurate. I’ve compared the heart rate and oxygen content to other dedicated devices, and this watch is within one percent of their readings, which is very good, especially since the monitoring conditions are different for different people (skin density, conductivity, sweat, optical and mechanical interference in the environment, etc). You’ll need to download the app to use this watch. It’s easy to locate on the app store and pair to the watch (you can also scan the QR code if you don’t want to hunt for it). The watchband is made from silicon and has a very rubbery feel. The watch is rated waterproof, so if you plan to wear it in the shower or when swimming, the band is just what you need. In my case, I’d rather have a band made from a different material – hoping the manufacturer offers an alternative. I’m going to assume that battery life is adequate as I’ve used it for three days (in the gym), and have not needed to recharge the battery. Recharging is via a magnetic “socket” on the watch. A charging cord is included. Overall, this is a great sports watch. It’s easy to set up, you can download different faces to suit, and the readouts are accurate.
