This ring tracks sleep, heart rate, blood oxygen, and blood pressure. Got this for my husband because he was been very dizzy and we needed a good way to track some things. It also monitors steps and calories. I love the case it comes in to charge and he loves that it is not a big bulky watch. I really wanted to love this. Unfortunately I have to send it back. It almost gave me a heart attack by making me think I had hypertension. So much to the point I had to have my blood pressure checked all to find out that the ring was off by 60 points. Furthermore it's calculating my steps incorrectly and it does not sync with my Samsung phone. The reviews for the app are absolutely horrible and I understand why. ... show more

I haven't really had a chance to check this ring out for any length of time, but thought it would be good to mention that this ring measures things like weight, height, and temperature using the metric system. I did not find a way to change units to the English system. This can make things a bit difficult for us in the US. I'm surprised none of the other reviews mentioned this since they were all in the US. I'll update my review once I've had the chance to use the ring for a little while. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This fitness tracker ring is an amazing piece of technology. What is amazing to me is how they managed to fit so much technology into a normal looking ring with smooth, modern styling. It isn’t in the least bit bulky. It is smooth, sleek and comfortable to wear. I can wear it during all my daily activities so I never miss a moment of tracking. The ectri app allows me to look at different metrics such as my sleep patterns, resting heart rate and steps. I can track my workouts and log several different health metrics. It has all the metrics I was looking for. I love that I can charge the ring on the go. It comes with a charging case that doesn’t have to be plugged in to charge, which is capable of charging the ring many times over. I only charge the ring once per week at a time that I find convenient and it still has plenty of charge left to be able to last longer. The ring fits true to size. The app is a little confusing at first, but once you figure it out it is easy. The charge holds for about 4 days for me and is quick to recharge. I think this is a good alternative to more expensive health rings.
