Just a starter watch but I received a used watch with date,time,that someone already used and it took forever to restart. They didn't even try to remove alllll the info of the 1st owner. I had to figure it by myself but now I am just trying to set the time right instead of Sept 2024 that's is displayed with 9239 steps.I will not waste my time returning it.

I purchased this item two months ago because I wanted to gauge my daily activity. While it isn't 100% accurate (I found that walking back at forth in front of my kiosk at work yielded far less steps than I counted), it does at least give me a better picture. Long story short, I could definitely walk a lot more. Regardless of my own performance, I now am in the habit of wearing my watch/tracker everyday. The battery life is better than I expected, and I might charge it once or twice a week. If you leave your stopwatch running for a LONG time, that will run your battery down FYI. It also shows a notification when you're getting a call, but you can't answer it (just in case that's something you're interested in.) The screen is NOT a touch screen, there is a little button to access the functions. Another reason I was interested in this model was because of the sleep tracking function. I do wear the tracker most nights, unless I decide to put it on the charger, and here is where the first two of my considerations come in. (1) If you move your arm around, either the screen will light up, or the bottom of the watch will light up in a very bright green (possibly because it's trying to sync?). In a dark bedroom, those flashes of light are the last things I want to see. (2) The charge port is directly connected to the watch face, and the silicone strap more or less shoves over it. It seems very durable and I have had no issues as of yet, but every time I need to pull the strap off to charge, I am worried the USB will snap right off. Otherwise, this tracker has done exactly as I have asked. I am more aware of my activity, or lack thereof, and have some insight into my sleep. If you've never tried one, and you don't want to jump into the cost of a fancy fitbit, then this product will more than satisfy your curiosity!

I bought a Fitbit after my wearable one quit working after 10 years. First Fitbit, quit working after a week. Second Fitbit quit working after a month. So I decided to go with this model. The price was very reasonable. Fairly easy to set up and step count seems accurate. The only complaint is the battery life, lasts about a week.

I like the watch for the price. It is easy to remove the band to charge. It has a nice face. The battery lasts a week on a charge. The features are not completely accurate, but are nice. I do not like that I can’t turn it off at night. I don't want to always sleep with it and it continually flashes its green sensor light. This is very annoying. So I have to hide it. I hate extra lights when I am trying to sleep. The app does not snyc well with my Noom app. The other negative is the numbers are hard to see when I am outside. But for the price, it works well over all.

I began a keto plan recently and needed to more accurately monitor my activities and exercise, and having a known heart arrhythmia, I liked the idea of having a heart rate monitor, too. I have a small wrist and most watches and bracelets bother me enough that I can’t wear them. This is a perfect size, comfortable, non irritating and I really like the color of the band (I got the dark purple). The app was very easy to set up, and I like not having to have yet another charging cable…plugging the face directly into a USB is nice. So far, I am very happy with my purchase…bought another the next day for my son.

I bought this for the heart rate feature but found it useful for tracking my runs/walks as well. I’m surprised at its accuracy when tracking a run or walk, also the stride length can be adjusted to be more accurate for distance. Keep in mind, it counts every movement of your arm as a step, but it’s still useful for keeping track of general activity levels and setting goals. I have had it a couple of months and shower with it on, and swim with it on (only at the surface, I’m sure it’s not meant to take the pressure at depths). The app is pretty good, it just took me some time to play with it to find all the features. Five stars because it’s fully worth the $19.99 I paid for it.
