This thing keeps disconnecting from my phone. I have watched tutorials online on how to fix and followed directions but it still disconnects. I have to uninstall the app and then download it again for it to connect again. I originally bought it to track my steps and have compared it to my tracker on my phone and it doesn't seem to be accurate all the time. It will say I took 2700 and only walked .9 miles when I average about 2100 steps a mile. Also, the GPS when I turn on the walking doesn't always sync up. I threw the box away otherwise I would return it. Went ahead and bought a Galaxy Fit that will sync with my samsung health app on my phone.

Wanted a fitness tracker comparable to a Fit-Bit. This tracker isn't it, in my opinion.

The tracker fails to stay connected to phone, even when directly next to one another. Also, there is no speaker, making things like the find device function absolutely useless, unless you happen to lose the tracker while it is attached directly to your skin and you can feel the mild pulse indicating that you have no found the lost device. Did not expect much for less than $15, but for the few basic functions that I desired, I was hoping for at least the bare minimum.

Hard to read the paper. The functions are difficult to understand and settings hard to change once we figured out the settings I realized I need to charge it twice day or the battery runs down.
