I absolutely love this watch! 1) I have very small wrists and it has enough notches to fit me well. 2) it monitors my sleep and heart rate perfectly, the battery lasts awhile so I can sleep with it on. 3) it takes all my calls like an Apple Watch would but also has a do not disturb setting so I won’t wake up to a call when I’m sleeping. 4) it’s very sleek and stylish & it has a find my phone setting! I constantly set my phone down & misplace it, so this is a VERY helpful feature for me.

I originally got this for my son because he wanted to start tracking his steps but once I connected to it. I didnt want to take it off. It not only tracks your steps, it has the ability to track heart rate,blood oxygen level, blood pressure, and my personal favorite... it monitors me when Im sleeping! Well worth the price!

This device is worthless. I was a the doc today and did my VO2Max test. My pulse rate got up to 185. This device show the max for today at 147. For pulse rate, the device seems to be stuck at a small range. My Omrom meter has a different result, as well as my meeting at the doc today. I may return this or just throw it away.
