Sturdy and fits perfect on my rack. Easy install. My complaint is the cups are very small. Leaves no room for error when reracking. But holds 235+ lbs with no issues.

    • Intigrates will with 2x2 frame
I have a "generic" 2x2 cage with 1" holes and this product works perfectly. It seems to hold an Olympic bar and weighs weighing 225lbs perfectly fine without any kind of flex or movement. The pads at the bottom of the cups provide some dampening and reduce scratching between the bar and hook. These are just what I needed for my Fitness Reality power cage/squat rack. They fit well, are easy to move up and down the cage and easily hold a couple hundred pounds for extended periods. I also got them for about $24/pair around the time of this review. For those reviewers that said these are too short and don't stick out far enough, that is exactly why I got them. Other hooks stick out too far and make it hard to clear when bench pressing once the bar is off the hooks. ... show more

These hooks fit perfectly on my weider squat rack .. I was missing the pegs to hold the barbell. These have brought back life to my rack. They’re a little shallow, for squatting without paying attention, but are a great addition.

    • Feel Unsafe
I am giving this product 3 stars because it does the job just fine but I feel very unsafe when I am doing bench press. It hard to explain but when I rack the back after my final rep, there is space between the cage and the back of this item... so since it's not flushed, my barbell hits down on the metal first instead of a direct landing onto the lip of the item. I am always scared the item is going to come out a bit or or that my barbell is going to hit the non flush part and fall on me. I know this description is not good. Maybe someone else can describe it better. I have a standard cage... no problem with other attachments. ... show more
