First I think these are great you are able to work out in your home without damaging (???) your furniture or you body with any type of injury(???) the weighted hose is far better to work with compared to the steel I have in my shop. Now for the (???) that you seen. When we both first grabbed one each and began acting like we knew what we were doing she got scratched from the stitched cap at the end of the hose. It seems they filled the hose stitched it up and then stitched a stiff nylon cap on that. Where they errored was to cut the cap end on both end with a type of hot blade leaving an almost knife edge which will cut or scratch furniture. I solved this problem easy by taking it to the shop and remelting the cut ends and rounding with a leather glove (don’t heat the hose) Now they are 5 stars and perfect.

I saw the FitFighter on Shark Tank and ordered the 15lb size. I felt it was a little expensive compared to dumbbells or kettlebells of the same weight but offered greater variety and flexibility to my workout routine. Overall, I like the FF but it does not come with a connection back to the company (brochure, IR scan, etc.) or any included routines as many other exercise products do. There are instructional videos on the FF website, but they are not downloadable, and will require a fee-based subscription if you want to view them after an initial introductory period. All the FF hoses, regardless of weight, are the same white color. I have a feeling that after several months of use they are going to show a lot of dirt from handling and floors.

I was instantly drawn to the image of a steel hose as a practical weight for exercising without extra equipment. my only disappointment with the product is the absence of any directions/recommendations for use. I assumed a diagram would be included. I have yet to check out youtube, however.
