I was really excited when I received my renewed Fitbit Versa 3 that "seemed" to be in excellent condition. It came in an original Fitbit box with all items and no scratches or anything. However, it kept losing charge and going to a black screen daily. I was able to revive it a few times by long pressing on the side area. The last time it happened it never came back on. Even after trying all the fixes online as well as troubleshooting with Amazon and Fitbit support. It is completely dead and now I'm unable to get my data off of it! I will be sending it back and will purchase a brand new Versa3. Hopefully I have better luck. ... show more

Versa 3 Fitbit is the best of the Fitbits. Its tracking is very accurate and it has helped me be a lot more conscious about my movements each day. I got the refurbished one to save some money and it has worked great. It charges very fast. I like to track my sleep but sometimes it’s about to die right before I got to sleep. I just plug it in for less than 5 minutes and it lasts all night. I love all of the features especially zone minutes. It was in good condition when I got it but it was really crusty and dirty. I gave it a good clean before using. Setting up was really simple and the app has a lot of good features like steps and calories burned. Definitely worth the purchase. It randomly came with 3 of the same white cord. Pretty sure that was a mistake. ... show more

I had a Versa 2 which went caput after a few years. Felt I deserved an upgrade 😌 and so far loving the Versa 3. First - the battery last soo much longer which is probably the best improvement from the versa 2. I only need to charge once a week. This is a decent product, but some features are poorly implemented or just don't work. Maybe because I bought "renewed"? I can't use the Google Wallet feature because it won't transfer my card info, and the implementation for oxygen saturation tracking is an absolute joke. This watch worked & was accurate re: time & date for the majority, but between the 1st & 2nd time+ of having to charge its battery, it continued to need charged every THREE days, NOT every six, as described (main reason I went with Fitbit, rather than Apple). I was refunded, but having to take the time to call & speak with Amazon’s customer service, who DO NOT provide product support is also frustrating (& false advertisement).
