Versa 3 Fitbit is the best of the Fitbits. Its tracking is very accurate and it has helped me be a lot more conscious about my movements each day. I got the refurbished one to save some money and it has worked great. It charges very fast. I like to track my sleep but sometimes it’s about to die right before I got to sleep. I just plug it in for less than 5 minutes and it lasts all night. I love all of the features especially zone minutes. It was in good condition when I got it but it was really crusty and dirty. I gave it a good clean before using. Setting up was really simple and the app has a lot of good features like steps and calories burned. Definitely worth the purchase. It randomly came with 3 of the same white cord. Pretty sure that was a mistake. ... show more

I was really excited when I received my renewed Fitbit Versa 3 that "seemed" to be in excellent condition. It came in an original Fitbit box with all items and no scratches or anything. However, it kept losing charge and going to a black screen daily. I was able to revive it a few times by long pressing on the side area. The last time it happened it never came back on. Even after trying all the fixes online as well as troubleshooting with Amazon and Fitbit support. It is completely dead and now I'm unable to get my data off of it! I will be sending it back and will purchase a brand new Versa3. Hopefully I have better luck. ... show more

Not sure why Fit Bit is difficult to set up. This is the third Fit Bit I have owned and I always have to call for support. After I call support, set-up begins to work.
