Got this as a replacement for the one I broke, and while the first one showed up completely dead, the seller was super responsive and had a new one out to me within a week. Watch came dirty, even though it was supposed to be in perfect condition. The charger was broken. Contacts on charger were not functional. Tried my own charger and watch never turned on. Watch was not functional at all.

    • Having a Fitbit account before Fitbit sold its app to Google is a necessity for set up.
It was a challenge getting it to upgrade and then connect to my phone. If you don’t already have a Fitbit account it will be impossible to get the watch to connect with the Google health app. Fitbit sold their Fitbit app to Google. I fortunately had a Fitbit account and was to connect and then transfer the old info to the new app, but again connecting watch to Google seemed impossible without having an old Fitbit account. Some of the watch faces will not switch measurements so my face reflects my miles as k, but within the watch it self it shows miles so with an extra step it’s easy to see. I wore my old watch and the new Fitbit sense and both reflected the same steps, distance, calories burned, pulse and sleep hours and minutes. The battery time is more like 40-50 hours which is better than my Apple Watch but not as advertised by Fitbit. The screen is bright and easy to read and also easy to navigate through the watch programs. The watch only vibrates for notifications. There are no sounds for alarms or notifications. The vibration could be a little stronger. The renewed watch came in perfect condition and is comfortable to wear. I was able to change the watch band with ease and there are some pretty good options available if you are changing bands. I am writing this review after only 48 hours and will revisit to amend after 1 month. Over all fit, feel and functionality has been stellar. Initial set up was a pretty good challenge and again I believe impossible if you don’t already have an old Fitbit account. ... show more

It was a refurbished item and I was worried about buying used I guess or maybe just returned. It's working perfectly and I'm delighted since my previous one was borrowed without permission.

I had a Fitbit charge and I really liked it, but it finally died so I bought this new Fitbit thinking I was doing an upgrade. But there are just things about this one that I don’t like. Like at first it would just always have a black screen and you had to hit it pretty good to get the time to show. But then a friend showed me how to make it stay on all the time But then the battery goes dead really fast. My old Fitbit, you could just rotate your arm and the time would come on. I miss that. And maybe this one would do that also, but the instructions are hard to find and hard to follow. ... show more

I upgraded from my last fitbit, this is a really good version. Easy to navigate, has several functions that were easy to set up. I like the expanded list of exercises - including spinning and rowing, battery has a fairly long life and it's easy and fast to recharge

I was so excited for this upgrade of my old Fitbit. It's basically a paper weight. Never syncs. Always loses connection. Side button is awful. The features I wanted it for don't work. It's a shame how much the new Fitbits went downhilll. I'm just going to return it and use my old one brcause at least it works. ... show more
