This is my 2nd one of this style (original lasted over 2 years). I like that it can get wet and it is small on my wrist. The bracelet band does come loose now and then. The rubber bands never do. I wear it 24/7 except for charging, and get about 14,000 steps per day.

The watch is beautiful, but it keeps falling off. It comes apart, without warning, where the band attaches to the watch face. Yesterday I lost it shopping. Fortunately, after an anxious search, I recovered it. Now I’m afraid to wear it. A lot of good it’s doing me. I’ve only been able to wear my watch for less than two weeks. I can’t return it. It was a birthday present and my husband purchased it a week before my birthday. It wouldn’t set up with my iPhone 6 so I had to get a new phone. So I’m out of time. Also the information that comes with the watch is next to none. I like to at least be able to start using my devices when I get them. It doesn’t even tell you what operating system the watch requires for set up and sync. I had to go to YouTube and try to figure out how to get it working. I’M SO DISAPPOINTED AND DISSATISFIED!!!!!!! I’m going to reach out to the company. I hope they stand by their products and above all, address the issue for future buyers. Update: 11/2022 - 9 months later. this device is a waste. It’s inaccurate, unresponsive, hard to use, doesn’t retain a charge, doesn’t adhere very well to the charger & I’ve had to use the silicone band instead of the $100 stainless steel one. The band is starting to tear too. I have to be careful that the silicone band doesn’t release from the watch face also. I tried to contact the company but found that to be impossible. I won’t be buying any more Fitbit products and I will use this until I can afford to buy another brand. What a waste of money and a huge disappointment. PS: it doesn’t charge or sync a lot of the time. And syncing takes forever. I think I mentioned before that it goes dead without warning. Doesn’t hold a charge very well. I’m so disappointed.

I bought this because I wanted to feel like a cute influencer girl on my runs. Well, I tried out the gold chain band when I went on a night out of dancing. I figured it would be a good test. Well. It fell off and I didn’t even know it. Luckily someone had turned it in behind the bar, so I was able to get it back. But I was disappointed with how strong the clasp to the actual was. It’s made me very leery of wearing the gold band at all as I’m afraid it will fall off without me noticing. Which is why I’m taking off the star. However, it is so cute when it’s on! I love it! I think it elevates my outfits and it has such a pretty design! I love that it’s easy to size down the golden band easily by removing the links. I think it only took me two minutes to resize it!

This is my third Fitbit Luxe which means I’ve been using one for years! I use it to monitor many things that are important to my health. I especially like that it monitors the quality of sleep I get and not just the number of hours of sleep. Quality sleep is so important to our overall health. The Luxe records steps, exercise, heart rate, has mindfulness activities, etc. You can join different groups if you want to be part of a community working toward the same fitness goals. There are coaches available through the app. I think it comes with a six month trial membership. I weigh myself daily and enter that into the app on my phone. There’s a place to record glucose if that’s something you need to do and you can set it up so it will send you reminders to test. I love it!

I ordered this because I like Fitbit products for their durability and that they hold a charge for many days. This Fitbit is very attractive and reliable in other areas, however I’m disappointed with needing to charge it every 2-3 days. The battery demonstrates a rapid drop in battery life once it’s down to 20%—within hours it’s uncharged. I liked the pretty bracelet hand but it’s nearly impossible to attach and the only time I wore it, it fell off. Fortunately, I was sitting down and it fell into my lap. (It came detached from the watch itself). I have not worn the pretty band since. Other bands attach easily and stay well-attached to the Fitbit.

This is a replacement Luxe and the only one now available. I took advantage of the Prime Day special and got this for $99. I agree the 'fancy' bracelet is not worth $100 more. With that said, I did attach to my old dying one, after removing 3 links. It was a bit awkward to put on compared to the mesh magnetic bracelet I took off and I need to get used to a fold-over clasp instead of the magnet. Wore all night and all day and no issues with it falling off. It is attractive. My 3-year-old Luxe is dying. I was going to wait until it did and saw the Prime Day special and couldn't pass it up. Else I would have switched to an Inspire 3 or Charge 6.
