I knew the item was refurbished. Surprised, it had a minor scratch on the display, considering it was stated to be in "Excellent" condition. It was also not reset to factory settings but easy enough to fix. Good price and kept it.

I have been using FitBit since 2013. I average 17,000 steps a day and have not missed a day in a couple years. I have found it to be much more accurate on my ankle than my wrist, especially if you are pushing a carriage or shopping cart etc.
