RThis is my second Fitbit. My first started not holding a charge for very long so I ordered a replacement. This watch won't even charge or work. Choose another product. Google has ruined the quality of the Fitbit brand. I chose Fitbit because it has smaller Smart watches unlike the massive monstrosities other companies make. The mechanical part is perfectly fine. The band kept coming off and I almost lost it. Couldn’t even sleep with it on. I had a band for dress and that stays on.

I bought a black and a silver/white charge 6. The black one didn't come with free premium membership for fitbit. It says it's already been used. Then it was sent with only the small bands and I'm now having to buy the large bands.
