Not to brag, but my watch came with the box open, but the watch is brand new no scratches no issues. My only thing is I’m not sure if the step counter is accurate because I was driving and the steps start changing I don’t have that problem with my other Fitbits so gonna wait it out since the Fitbit is new and see if it’s still accurate Other than that, I am very happy and satisfied with the watch the battery life is lasting is brand new.
