I love the battery life on this. I could in theory go days without charging it, but if charges so fast I just plop it on the charger when I take a shower and I’ve yet to have it run out of power. It’s a little tricky to get the hang of. Some things like ordering your most common workouts on top aren’t intuitive. In this case you just scroll through the first time you do the workout and it’ll float to the top next time. It automatically detects stuff like walking and running. It only counts towards your exercise if your heart rate is in a cardio zone, so warm ups and cool downs often get automatically filtered out. Personally, I find that functionality convenient. It’s small enough to count as dainty, and there are bands suitable for any event. They’re really easy to swap as well. It’s comfortable enough, at least with the right band, to sleep in. Just be willing to swap bands if the one that comes with it doesn’t do it for you. Overall, after the learning curve, I love it. ... show more

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I received this Fitbit as a gift as a replacement to a previous version that had a dead screen, but otherwise was still working. Everythingnfunctions the same and appears to be accutate. I mainly use it for heartbeat and step counts, but with this version I have been tracking my sleep patterns as well. One negative here, but not something I would take a star off, is the plastic/silicone band that came with this Fitbit caused my skin to blister and rash up. I swapped out to a magnetic strap that my wife had bought with the Fitbit and my skin cleaned right up. I never had reaction to previous wristbands on my older Fitbit or any other watch, do something changed in this new band. ... show more

This tracker is wonderful and tracks everything that it says it does very well. However, this is my third purchase because the watchband is cheap so I have lost two of them. I’d be happy to pay more for a better band or even an aftermarket band, but the connection seems to be proprietary.

I had an Apple Watch prior to this. I much prefer the Fitbit Charge 6. Does. A great job tracking all relevant health metrics and has excellent battery life. I had to charge my Apple Watch so often that I stopped using because of the hassle. The Fitbit lasts around 6 days for me which is a huge improvement. It’s worked good so far and I have had a few months. I swapped from Apple Watch so I didn’t have to charge something daily. I can go about 4 days and then have to recharge this one. Only takes about an hour to fully charge too.

It does not track your oxygen level at night. It has a graph but they can't tell you what the ratio or percentages, so how do they really know? They state it's low but they can't tell me why. So many stupid things about this watch. Also, if you call their technical department, they are really incompetent. I had to figure it out myself or try to look it up on Google. I can't believe they're technical department is so lame, even simple questions they told me the wrong information. You can never turn it off. So if you go on an airlines or want to save the battery you can't do it. It doesn't count steps well and the oxygen level and heart rate are often wrong. When you want to see where the charge is, it's a teeny little itty bitty thing above the time and you'd have to put a magnifying glass on your watch to see it, so you never can tell really what your charge is without looking at your phone. It's difficult to add things to the app on the phone. I would like to return it, but I didn't realize it had so many issues with it until I had it for a time, so beware and I purchased a bunch of different bands to go with it. Got a a birthday present to replace old fit bit that was lost. Gets a vibration alert when a call or text hits phone and is easy to read. He s so impressed that he purposely is walking more now. At $150 not cheap but he really loves it and is using it every day. Got magnetic watch band to go with it, and makes it very comfortable to wear! A great gift that keeps on giving! ... show more
