After multiple attempts and a call to Fitbit, they have determined that that watch is defective. Unfortunately, I ordered watch in May, but didn't understand box until last week because I didn't need it until now for a pilates class. Honestly, a 30 day return on a boxed, brand new, FUNCTIONING(?), Fitbit, should be a bit longer! So, now I am out 150.00? Fitbit won't take it back because STAVVY SALES ISN'T AN APPROVED VENDOR!!! There is no way to contact vendor. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM STAVVY. Really, how are people to know if a vendor is reputable? I love my Fitbit Charge 5. It's my second one. They last about two years. Had the premium account, but it doesn't work for me, so I discontinued the additional. But I love that it monitors my sleep, steps, exercise and swimming. Keeps me on track. I sometimes wear it while swimming by myself, but when with my dog she sometimes bumps the screen, and it unlocks. So, I don't wear it in the pool anymore, afraid it will damage. If you want this for tracking your steps it works well. The sleep tracker does not work well at all. Heart rate and oxygen levels are close but not accurate

    • Fitbit products are low quality!
I have purchased three (3) Fitbit products for my wife to track her metabolism / exercise / calories / etc. Each one has failed in one way or another is less than two months use. I contacted Fitbit and they claimed because I bought these items on Amazon, the warranty was not valid because ... GET THIS .. Amazon is not an Authorized Retailer for their products. DO NOT BUY Fitbit products. The manufacturer will not back them when they fail. Who would have ever thought that Fitbit would claim Amazon is not and Authorized Retailer. OMG! Amazon may be the worlds largest retailer, yet Fitbit will not back the quality of their products sold through Amazon. I hope Fitbit goes out of business. Pitiful!
