My daughter constantly corrects my posture sitting and/or standing. She complains that I am “slouched over” and will get a “hunchback”. I am sure my bad posture is a result of doing computer work for decades. In addition to the bad posture I also have pain in my back. I finally decided I needed help because even though I might start out with good posture when I sit or while I'm standing, eventually I would “slouch over”. I am wearing the Fit Geno which is giving me support and helping me correct my posture and very best is that the pain is going away. It fits great, it’s lightweight and it works.
