I have probably purchased and tried over 7 different posture corrector in the past 4-5 years. This one is by far the BEST one I have purchased so far! The other ones were fine in the beginning, but they they started to hurt my underarm or the materials just did not hold up after couple of months. The price on this one is probably higher than others you will find on Amazon, but IT IS WORTH IT! If I had purchased this one from the beginning, I probably would've spend much less money overall and had back pain relief and posture correction sooner. My 15-year old daughter who also has poor posture borrows mine when she is home...especially when she is doing school work or sitting in front of her computer because even she notices the difference in her shoulder/upper back discomfort after long sitting period. I use this when walking on my treadmill for proper form following 4 spine surgeries. It really helps me stand straighter and persevere in my recovery. I bought this brace to help me with my posture. I noticed I began to slouch lately and I want to correct it before it becomes hard to get rid of habit. I tried a few braces before and this one is the best so far. I really love it. My biggest thing is to work on the shoulders position, I have to remind myself “shoulders back” and this brace does an excellent job. You can adjust it at any level, which makes it so customizable. Velcros are very good quality, just as the whole brace is very well made. I wear it around the house, when I read or sit in front of the computer and it already made a big difference.
