Great brace for your lower back. This brace does work, little or no pain when I'm bending or lifting or whatever I'm doing that hurts my lower back. It does make me sweat though. After having it on for about 10 minutes I am sweating, so I only wear it when absolutely necessary. I didn't take a star off for it being too hot because I think any brace I wear would make me sweat, they're all made from basically the same materials but this one has lots of ventilation holes so any other one isn't going to be much better. I just get hot really easy so it's probably just me. Other than that, it is comfortable to wear.
