This net is of really good quality for its price. It’s quite long, and you can even adjust its height to suit your needs. Assembling it is straightforward. When I received mine, it was folded, so I put it away for a while. Later, I decided to take it out for a review, which made me a little nervous because I noticed some screws inside the net were loose. I started putting the net together first, but was worried I wouldn't finish if I had missing pieces. After searching for a missing piece for hours, I decided to assemble the rods anyway. Once everything was in place, I realized there was no missing part — the net connects directly into the rod's head by screwing it in. I probably should have checked the instructions first, but I was in a hurry, which cost me some time. So, my tip is to assemble the rods first before attaching the net. The material is really nice. I chose this net to avoid using a fishing hook, but I think we’ll need to use it with a hook and rod to catch the larger fish we want. I also think it’s great for crabbing. I especially love the length because I can sit on a rock and still reach out to the fish from a distance. The fact that it folds down easily for transport and storage is a big plus. It’s lightweight despite its size, thanks to the metal construction, and the handle is comfortable to grasp—perfect for smaller hands.

Picked this up back in December as a sort of Christmas present for myself, and now I'm finally able to start using it now that it's getting warmer outside. This thing is absolutely fantastic. With the ability to be used at multiple lengths, it works for whatever I need it for. I've already had it in use fishing off of docks, break walls, boats, and right off of a shoreline. If I'm going to be elevated, like off of a break wall, I put all the extensions together. If I'm on the shore, just the net portion and the final portion of the handle are enough. It breaks down easily for storage, similar to a much lighter folding net. It's very portable when broken down and easily stored in my compact car. It's sturdy enough to heft a 20lb catfish up the aforementioned break wall. I literally have zero complaints about this net, and it has been wonderful so far during this fishing season. I'm actually considering picking a second one up for a friend of mine if I can convince him to go fishing with me.

The ease of setup and ingenuity behind the design of this net I feel give you value for money alone! It's stows easily when broken down. It folds up very smartly! In fact, it folds up so well I can fit it inside my 5 gallon fishing bucket! Enormous Plus! It's pretty tough and well made! The mesh on the net feels of average to above average quality. The way that it affixes to the pole seems to be dependable, too. The adjustability on it is pretty dependable as well. All in all I would say this is an excellent value for the money!

This large sized portable fishing net is a durable and versatile product that makes landing fish a lot easier. The net itself seems to be of sturdy material (nylon perhaps) and can land larger gamefish easily. The adjustable handles are very useful in helping pull fish up from the rocks or off the side of a boat without feeling like you need to go off balance to use it. The handles are easy to grip and the screw-in adjustment tubes allow for easy length adjustment on the go. Overall, this nice-looking net has proven to be a great tool and should last many years with just a little care. It is an excellent value for the cost vs the pricing in retail stores for comparable nets.

This review is going to be honest and I hope its honesty helps someone make a choice. My son loves to catch things in a net, not sure you can call it fishing bc he doesn’t necessarily care if it’s a fish. He’s a bit neurodivergent. He has broken every net we’ve gotten him within a week or two - which is why I waited a month to give my review. So far this net has yet to break — it’s caught only one fish but it brought a brick up from the bottom of a lake, rescued a croc for a grade school damsel in distress, and held strong as we relocated an overweight snapping turtle across the road. I honestly can’t believe it’s still together as I type this?! FYI — it has to be put together, but I’d expect that for shipping purposes. Anyway, if you’ve got this one in the cart don’t let it slip — it’s a great catch!
