I have trouble assembling things, and this wasn't very hard for even me to put together- except for getting C batteries and the tiny screwdriver to open up battery compartment. My son sleeps snuggly in it- I love having it near the bed, it is very easy to rock - I can do it with just one finger by leaning over the bed. The little star show is cute. Buthonestly it's the flexibility that makes it such a great choice. It's a nice size. He will grow out of it within 6 months or so, but it's just perfect for him now. Easy to assemble and use, the vibration feature helped my baby fall asleep faster. He really liked looking at the projected stars on the ceiling, the mesh sides were a piece of mind when he wedged himself to the side. The music we found too loud and kept him awake more than helped him fall asleep.

We use this as both our at home bassinet and travel bassinet and love it. It was insanely easy to set up, very sturdy, and works well. We just took it on our first trip and it folded super flat and was easy to transport. Our son slept great while traveling and I think it was because he was still sleeping in his own, comfortable little bed. I love that it rocks, which helps when he's fussing. My 4 year old enjoys using all of the other soothing features to keep the baby calm and help mommy when needed too. My only complaint is that my husband and I are tall and this bed is sooo low. I bought this bassinet to keep at my house for my two newly born grandbabies for when they come over. Love everything about this bassinet...from the Vibration & sounds options, to the portability of it...lightweight enough to move around the house with ease. I do have a pack & play as well,but more cumbersome to move around & this works great for when they are still infants and cannot yet sit up or even roll over alot. But I must add that if you have other young children around (especially toddlers), you need to be very careful to not leave baby unattended in this bassinet because I believe they could easily pull it over. It folds pretty flat for easy storage. On the rocking feature...I thought that it would rock by itself with a push of a button...but it does not. You can adjust the feet to be able to gently, but manually, rock it or stableize it. Wish it did have a rocking feature that rocked with a push of a button.
