  • Love the flavor and organic!
Flavor Name: Whole Bean Size: 1.5 Pound (Pack of 1)
I don’t like burnt roast. I prefer dark with nothing added. Pleasantly surprised with the Rainforest Blend. A little fruity, very smooth and the roast is great whatever it’s called. I’ll be sharing these beans because any new coffee I find, priced right, is worth sharing with a friend and these are great! ... show more

  • Outstanding coffee
Flavor Name: Peruvian Andes Gold Size: 1.5 Pound (Pack of 1)
I've been buying this for years now. It seems to nearly always be very freshly roasted, so it brews a delightful cup of coffee. Make it as robust as you like to your tastes. Never bitter, unless you brew it too strong. Honestly, I can't imagine why anyone would say its not good, unless you have a VERY specific flavor and perhaps you love a dark roast so intense, it tastes BURNT. This is well balanced, so it may not be for everyone, but honestly I prefer it to the Blue Mountain Jamaican coffee for everyday drinking. And I DO mean everyday! ... show more

  • Dark Roast, Not a Medium Roast. Still Flavorful!
Flavor Name: Peruvian Andes Gold Size: 1.5 Pound (Pack of 1)
First of all, I happen to really like a light to medium roast Peruvian coffee. This is advertised as a medium roast but it isn't. It's a dark roast. That is why I took off a star. As a dark roast, it is very flavorful and smooth. I do add some cream and sugar, however, so I can't comment what the coffee is like straight up. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth it was. It didn't seem exceptionally fresh, however it wasn't stale either. Good enough. You can't beat the price. At $0.52/oz, you won't find many single origin, Peruvian organic whole bean coffee at this price. Packaging was "so-so", and I did transfer the bag to another container after opening the bag. Shipping packaging was ok, just not truly reusable. I will likely purchase this coffee again. ... show more

  • Organic Whole Coffee Beans
Flavor Name: Whole Bean Size: 1.5 Pound (Pack of 1)
Very fast delivery! I ordered this because it's organic and whole coffee beans. I can grind it myself as needed, so the rest of the coffee beans stays fresher longer. If you grind it yourself, it's has a fresher and better flavor. I have noticed that the pre-ground coffee is way too strong and bitter because it's been ground too much/too long (finely ground). I prefer course ground to the finely ground. This is a 24 oz. bag and in my opinion, is a decent price, for being organic. I have been drinking this coffee for years. ... show more

  • Terrific Aroma and Flavor
Flavor Name: Peruvian Andes Gold Size: 1.5 Pound (Pack of 1)
I am enjoying this coffee. I purchase whole bean coffee so I can bring it moments before I brew them. I rotate 5 or 6 different packages of different beans and find myself going back to these more frequently. Nice price too. This roaster jobs for many labels. I recommend these beans and will try their other varieties. ... show more

  • The worst of the worst
Flavor Name: Mexican Harvest Size: 1.5 Pound (Pack of 1)
Having read a few of the other reviews on this product, I must assume that either I received an inferior batch, or the vast majority of people are easily satisfied with what is, apparently, scraped off the floor and shoveled unceremoniously into a clear, plastic bag. Roasted beyond recognition, nearly every bean was burnt and the majority of the beans were so desiccated that they were just broken, bitter pieces of what might have been a coffee bean at some point in its history. The smell upon opening this travesty was exactly what one would expect, based upon their appearance — bitter, acrid and burnt tannins, with no remaining oils or… you know — agreeable flavors. Although I regularly blend several different sources and roasts to get my final product — there was nothing to be done with this garbage but to put it in the garbage, as it not only damaged, but utterly ruined each of three attempts to blend it with something useful. I cannot imagine how anyone could stay in business selling such dross, so it is possible that I received an inferior or problematic batch, but my recommendation is: if you enjoy coffee, Buy at your own risk. If you’re a masochistic soul who has lost all sense of smell and taste due to long covid — you can make a browish, acrid suspension with it, but I would still be cautious with your plumbing. A travesty all around, -2/10, would not recommend for anything, not even compost. ... show more
