This cover fits perfectly. It was easy to put on as long as you take your time and don't try to force it on. If you want the lanyard on, then you will need to put it on the cover before installing the cover on the remote. You will notice that some of the buttons on the remote itself are just below the cover. I like the fit and feel of this cover. I have 2 others from another brand for older Firestick versions but it appears they didn't make one for this newest version so I searched and found this one which I am real happy with. I picked purple so that my 3 remotes have different colored covers, that way I know which Firestick they fit.

I don’t know who’s design idea it was to create smaller and smaller remotes but I’m not a fan. I was getting so tired of losing my remotes I got these and now I never have a problem!! It’s always very visible and doesn’t slide into the couch (as much). It’s really saved me so much time it was worth the $$. Definitely would recommend.

My husband often places the remote in random places. Since the remote is dark, it can be hard to find where he put it down. This is no longer a problem with these covers. The bright colors and the glow-in-the-dark feature makes it so much easier to find where the remote was placed and now I don't have to yell at him so often.
