I don’t write reviews on things but I feel it’s needed. When I first bought this stand there weren’t any reviews but I still took a chance as I liked it. The stand overall is nice. The description states that you can use the tool included but you need additional tools. The screws were a bit hard to get in as if the holes that are there were a little too small. I followed the instructions but the shelving itself was missing some holes as the instructions showed; holes to secure fireplace to shelving & holes to secure the back panel. When I reached out to the seller I continuously got a response telling me to follow the instructions (mostly written in all caps), which I repeated several times that I was. No other solution was provided.
