This was an experience but well worth it. The unit is beautiful. However, I have some tips. First, unpack everything and double check all your parts before you start putting it together to be sure you received everything the instructions say you will need. We didn't and were almost done when we realized we were missing a bracket for one of the doors. Upon contacting the seller, the part was sent and received within 5 days! Also, double check the condition of all pieces of the cabinet. The end of box with the cabinet when received was severely damaged and sure enough, both of the two top pieces had cracks in them. We contacted the seller and they were reluctant to send replacement pieces for fear they would arrive damaged also. They asked if the two pieces could still be installed and the unit could be used. Fortunately both cracks were surface cracks, definitely more than scratches but the shelves were usable. The one shelf was below and the crack not noticeable. The top shelf crack was noticeable but we were able to use a marker to fill it in so it is not noticeable to anyone but us. Because we agreed to keep them, the seller gave us a partial and very equitable refund. Finally, we took the advice of another reviewer and before we unpacked and put the cabinet together, we plugged the fireplace unit in and ran it all afternoon and through all the modes to be sure everything worked, which it did. All in all, it is very well made, the wood is rich looking, assembly wasn't difficult, the fireplace gives off great heat making it look and feel cozy in our family room. The logs are a bit "cheezy" looking but then all electric logs are unless you're willing to pay a couple thousand dollars on a unit. I prefer gas fireplaces but since our condo does not have gas service, this unit definitely fits our needs beautifully. Great customer service from the company and Amazon makes it very easy to communicate with them.

I'm handy with tools and projects, still took me about 4 hours to setup. It was worth it because I really like the look, shelf space, and port for the wires. Glad I went with the white one, matches my wood floors and white wall. I recommend this, only issue is the instructions were just photos with little written help. Being handy I got it setup and am happy with it so far.

I would recommend this TV stand and company , but the only thing I get confuse is the instructions but please pay attention reading it bc I got really confused but I finally figured it out. It took me 4 hours to build, only thing it came that I didn’t like is some small scratches on the side and on the top brown stand but it’s fine . I like it because of the farm style , and affordable w the coupon .

The media could not be loaded. I haven’t assembled the stand yet, but I wanted to test the screen and heater first since I’ve had bad experiences with similar products in the past, where the screen or heater stopped working after a while. I ran this one for about 15 hours, and I’m happy to say it performed perfectly without any issues. The flame effect is impressive and looks very realistic, especially with the lighting on its highest setting. There are three different light settings, and I’m showing it at the max level in the video. The heater works well, too—perfect for warming up a small room. Overall, it’s been a great experience so far!

Item was delivered damaged to most of the pieces. Item was cheaply made as hardware went right through when assembling. Discarded the whole thing as unable to assemble it correctly due to the damage and poor quality. Please don't waste your time or money find something else
