I’ve had this keyboard for about 3 weeks, sort of a late Christmas gift for myself. I couldn’t be happier with the Fintie Touchpad Keyboard Case for iPad Pro 11” 3rd Generation. The case arrived earlier than I was expecting, which in the current state of shipping problems throughout the world, was a wonderful surprise. Took just a few minutes to unpack it and was so easy to put onto my iPad! It came partially charged, which allowed me to check out the connectivity, right out of the package! One of the features that actually sold me on this keyboard case was the ability to change the color of the backlit keys, although I was concerned that I might have issues changing the color. I couldn’t believe the ease of changing colors! (I really wanted a keyboard where I could have purple as the color of the backlit keys). It is so easy to pair the keyboard with the ipad, I didn’t really have too much to pair the two together, it was so easy! The case stays shut snuggly and provides great protection. My only gripe is that it doesn’t have a screen protector included, which for what they’re charging for this case, should be provided. Overall, a quality product for a fairly reasonable price.     • Works well and great product support
I purchased the Finite Touchpad Keyboard Case for my iPad Pro 11 inch back in August. This case intrigued me because it wasn't a swivel design as advertised by other companies but rather allows the iPad to be disconnected from the keyboard, rotated or held separately while still being protected. This solution works quite well though the iPad case tends to disconnect from the keyboard when opening because of the stresses put on it. A bit of downward pressure helps keep the two together when opening and closing. Much like the swivel cases, this design allows you to flip the iPad so that the keyboard is behind it, acting like a stand which is a very nice feature. A few months after owning the Fintie product, cracks formed along the top portion of the case which eventually led to bits and pieces snapping off. As a result, the iPad could no longer be held securely if tilted forwards. I contacted Fintie about this and they kindly replaced my case for free. The case arrived yesterday, just a few days after being shipped and my iPad is now protected once again. I appreciate this level of customer service and appreciate their efforts to satisfy my concerns and complaint. I can't give this product 5 stars because I do feel that there are structural issues with the case (easily disconnects when opening and the cracks forming over time). While I never abused the case, I did travel with it a lot. With a bit more care I'm certain the replacement will last longer than the original. However, I can gladly give the company 5 stars for their customer service which was prompt and courteous. Thank you Fintie! ... show more

    • Quite honestly the most versatile iPad case
I was looking for a case that would double as just a table case as well as a keyboard with trackpad. After looking at several cases and ordering one that was hinged that would flip over to be in tablet mode this proved to be the highest quality as well as most versatile. It can be detached from the hinge via the magnets so you don't have to have the keyboard attached. Also you can flip it over to keep the keyboard attached and the keys are very sturdy. All the shortcuts work well and so does the trackpad. There are no other cases that have the same qualities. Additionally, the hinge is very firm and not floppy. It holds the position very well as it does not require an additional stand piece to stay upright. Also the build quality is very nice and not thing cheap plastic as it carries a nice thickness and texture. You will not be disappointed in this case and I am very happy. ... show more

    • Three months old and half of the keys stopped working.
I bought this in February, and already the top of row letters and the delete key have stopped working. I've tried charging, disconnecting/reconnecting blue tooth, etc. but they don't work. And of course when I tried to click the support page for the website, I get "URL not found." Amazon really needs to up it's product standards. ... show more

    • Pleasant surprise!
Just received this case & keyboard today. It connected easily to my iPad Pro 11 and took just a couple hours to fully charge. Before I retired, I used to be able to type around 85-90 WPM. I’ve slowed down some, but this keyboard easily picks up every keystroke without having to go back and fill in missed letters. I also love how the iPad can easily detach from the keyboard if I’m doing something that doesn’t require a keyboard. This Fintie case & keyboard does have a little weight to it, but I prefer it that way. IMHO, an iPad that is too light is difficult for me to hold onto and easier for me to fumble and drop. This case & keyboard feels substantial. I still have my two earlier iPads connected to Typo Bluetooth keyboards and was extremely happy with those. I was initially looking for another Typo case & keyboard for this newest iPad, but apparently Typo doesn’t make them anymore so I opted for the Fintie keyboard & case. Very pleased with this purchase so far and would enthusiastically recommend it. ... show more

    • Trackpad is just okay.
I really wanted to like this. The backlighting is great, connectivity is awesome. The the magnet hold nicely and the hinge is solid. But. The hinge is so strong that when you go yo open the case, you bend the plastic part that holds the iPad. Mine broke after only 2 days. The area around the camera is very fragile and snapped by opening. I could get over that by opening it from the center. But, the trackpad is glitchy and has strange occurrences every now and then, so it’s not enough for me to overlook the case issue. Finally, some of the apps i work on will only operate in portrait mode, and there’s no option for it to be used that way. It sits nicely on the lap and has great viewing angles. Honestly, if the trackpad din’t suck so badly, id have kept it. A great design for most, just not me. ... show more
