I bought this to replace my officially licensed Zelda Nintendo case. Compared to the Nintendo's older version, this is so much better. I could probably have my 4-year-old step on it and it wouldn't bend the case, it's very sturdy and thick. So much better than my previous one The inside suede material is velvety soft and will protect against scratches on the screen. It has straps that hold the switch in place and keep it from moving around even though that's not necessary as the case fits like a glove It has ample room for storage you could probably fit a mini controller in here and extra joycons I have a cherry blossom pink playvital protective case on it that has added a bit of bulk to the controllers for grip and it still fits nicely. however this definitely will not fit the Nintendo licensed hori controllers that are hugeeee. you need a special case for that, they may fit in the top part if they are detached. They may fit if you get the OLED case for a bit more room but who knows Overall I'm extremely pleased. I spent a long time trying to find the perfect case and cover and once that matched well, and I think these go very well together. I feel a lot better carrying my switch in this, I know if it's dropped it will be safe The only issue now is that I am running out of room for games and will have to get extra storage 😂 not a bad problem to have lol. For those in the fence definitely get this, you won't regret it. Sooooooooo much better than the "hard cases" Nintendo that sells. These are vastly superior in terms of protectiveness, sturdiness and just look better and feel better. I am happy that there's no velcro, my old case had velcro and lindt and dog hair is always sticking to it and it was hard to clean. The beautiful soft velvety material that the inside of this case is made out of his easy to keep clean and wipe any lint off of. The case is higher quality than what I was expecting from Amazon these days, especially considering the low price. It’s not quite true to the photos in color (see pics). The background is definitely blue, not gray like it appears in the photos. Despite that, it’s still really pretty and seems like it will protect my switch from breaking. The materials are nice too, they seem like the case will last for a long tome. Also the divider in the middle is actually really soft and will be good at protecting against any screen scratches. I always pack my switch in this case when traveling and it’s perfectly protected! Little straps on the sides keep the switch in place and there’s an inner pouch to keep some games. My nintendo brand case fell apart but this one is holding up very well

    • Great for traveling with a Switch
This simple case does everything I need it to. Hated putting my Switch into my backpack when I traveled as it never really felt secure and protected. Appreciate the amount of room in the case for the console and accessories with ample room to protect the thumbsticks, which was my main concern. Only thing I don't like is the zipper on the inside with the mesh pocket. It's too bulky for my taste. When you close the case with the pocket side coming from up top, the zipper hangs down and jams right into the console. Glad the zipper pull is rubberized. So now I close it with the zipper laying flat and the Switch coming from up top. Would have preferred and elastic pocket up top. Overall still great for lugging around my Switch ... show more
