The media could not be loaded. I have been looking for a drone that can record true 4k60fps video, hopefully for under $300. It seemed like an unattainable fantasy, but I saw this FiMi mini 3 drone on the website and it should fit the bill, so I immediately placed an order. I received it very quickly and couldn't wait to test fly it in my backyard and community park. The drone performed perfectly the first time, the flight was very stable, and the photos taken were clear and colorful. The 4K60fps video is smooth and vivid, and does not require any editing, which is pleasing to watch and share directly online. There are many other features that you don't usually find on beginner drones, such as waypoints and tracking; impressively, you can track for 10 minutes without missing a target. Quickshot must also be very fun, creating short videos like hovering in an instant. I will use it one by one and enjoy it. For a cheap beginner drone, it has too many advantages. Yes you read the title correctly. The Fimi Mini 3 is the drone everyone should be getting. No geo fencing like other drones. Amazing video and still picture quality. Superb build quality. And friendly amazing customer service if you ever need it. The Mini 3 is easy to fly giving you options in the for beginners to experts. I love all the accessories that came with the package I ordered. I got a nice protective case, extra propellers and a charging cable. If you need to add to your kit there are many add-ons available for purchase. I got extra propellers. If you're looking at drones get the Fimi Mini 3 you will be very happy you did. ... show more

Hi I originally thought this drone was absolutely useless it wouldn’t connect as I had it it was a paper weight. I had to switch from using my IPhone to using my android tablet and it worked fine . It does freeze here and there and I have had it fly and crash it self but all that doesn’t matter . My family and I were recently caught in the fires in Altadena and Pasadena in the Eaton fire . This drone saved us I don’t know how else to say it . I was able to fly in low visibility Smokey / ash / ember conditions , the moderate to high gusts of winds (at the time 15 mph consistent with gusts 20 - 30 mph ) that pushed the drone around were semi easily controlled and corrected , the gimbal kept on point with 0 interference with picture quality, I was able to use the SAR mode to determine how far fires were burning to my neighborhood as well as my city . The battery life was 30 mins tops but still charging in between uses with the warning of low battery kept things manageable. I was able to go 300 feet up to see fires up to 3 miles away not with huge detail but detail enough I could determine where the fires we located in reference to my self . The build quality over all I would most definitely buy again with out hesitation. It is by far the most useful item I have ever acquired for my bug out emergency key . I can also charge in with my usb c in my truck or solar trickle charger . All in all this drone saved my neighborhood from burning being able to distinguish if smoke , fire or any problems were occurring in my general vicinity able my neighbors and my self to protect our neighborhood. I did lose 1 family home to this fire but I saved 2 of my family homes as well as my other neighborhood . If you need a drone that can take the abuse of a natural disaster and still come out working fine I would suggest with out a doubt to buy this drone . Just have an android handy it doesn’t like IOS . ... show more

I originally wrote a five star review. However due to the complete lack of customer support I have changed it to one star. I've also returned the drone. Look elsewhere. Do yourself a favor. A lot better options out there for the money!

Definitely great drone for the price ive enjoyed it as ive flown it about 4 times now. Camera is beautiful and night time vision is pretty awesome makes night look like day after playing with setting. Very easy to fly i flew it through one window of my house to the other with ease. Only complaint is the phone to remote connection. It has given me problems a few times. Disconnected during flight once but thankfully the return to home feature works.
