  • A must have for all film photography buffs
Ralph Bellamy (a.k.a. Japan Camera Hunter, an English expat long based in Japan) published his first book. I have bought a lot of photography-themed books in the past -- this one is going to be one of my all-time favorites. I read it from cover to cover upon arrival. Very well written, gorgeous photos, historically comprehensive and accurate. JCH has such a wealth of/depth of experience, and this definitely conveys to the reader. It's just an excellent work that any photographer, film or digital, will be proud to have in their collection. I liked it so much I'm getting a few more copies as stocking stuffers for some photography friends of mine. Highly recommended. ... show more
