The best. Great taste and excellent or cooking. I also use Fillip Berio extra virgin. I grew up on this stuff; my NYC=Italian Mom used it all the time in the big tins. I've tried other oils imported from Italy, Spain etc....yet I still like Fillipo Berio the best. Both extra virgin and classic olive oil . ~DM

Olive oil for sautéing food.
It tastes fine for braising and sautéing food as the taste of the oil doesn't take away from the food. I decided not to use it on salads and use regular olive oil for that.

This Filippo Berio olive oil, which comes in a convenient plastic bottle, is perfect for sautéing, grilling, cooking, etc. Every kitchen cupboard should have it available for whatever recipes are on the menu. It's especially useful for sautéing veggies, such as sliced mini bell peppers, to bring out the peppers' sweetness and change its texture from crunchy to gentle, to be incorporated into scrambled eggs.
